The property was clean and accessible (after getting lost with the address). The rooms were spacious and perfect for the price. Would definitely stay here again

They need to wash the carpets and update painting and get some new furniture in all areas. Very worn and peeling. Also, no shuttle to airport like their next door competitors LaQuinta, Red Roof…. on the plus side, staff were fantastic.

So they have a quiet time picture posted 10p to 6a and that was cool. I’m getting dressed at 8pm and playing music on a small Bluetooth speaker and get the knock at door from staff that it’s too loud at 8pm. Take the sign down if that’s the case.

The room was fine but the staff was poor. Arrived at airport and waited for shuttle. No shuttle arrived. Called hotel, they hung up on me three times without answering. Took a Uber to hotel. Watched staff hang up on person after person for 30 minutes while I was waiting to check in. Not acceptable.

When me and my husband arrived at the hotel the person at the lobby couldn’t find our reservation, I asked to speak to a manager and she said that Expedia never contacted them about my room reservation. I called Expedia customer service to speak with an agent and he couldn’t help me, after a paid for my hotel room through Expedia, I had to find another hotel in the area to stay over night. Expedia is a scam, I need my money refund and I will never use your service ever again

Our stay on 3/9 is average. But our reservation on 3/1 is a totally a disaster. Hyatt place is stating that we don't have reservation. I guess expedia screwed up our itinerary. They did not provide the hotel a confirmation. I am on the phone for a long time. Finally expedia got us another room at Red Roof hotel. After getting a room at Red Roof this manager at Hyatt place Miami try to stop us saying that he can help us after 5 hours of staying at the premises. What a Joke?

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HYATT! No room available when we arrived at 1:00AM. Booked and paid for room through Expedia 2 mths prior to our stay on Feb 24 (night before our cruise) Called Hyatt to notify arriving after 11:00pm & was told they would make a note on my account. When we got there, front doors were locked & nobody was answering bell. We stood for 15 minutes until guests came down the stairs and let us in. fFont desk on 2nd level. a family with 2 kids, after waiting for their reserved room for an hour left very angry (they said they booked thru Hyatt direct 3 mths prior) Front desk girl said she didn’t have a reservation for me and had said the hotel had overbooked by dozens of people and all the hotels around were full. She tried to tell me it was because I booked thru a 3rd party (Expedia) and this happens all the time. I have never had this issue before. Front desk called Expedia for us and we were on hold for about 45 min, where I just got a $294 CAD refund & $50 credit for my troubles. While on hold, Front desk called Hyatt at other end of the city, got us a room there-said all hotels in vicinity were full, & we were lucky. Another elderly lady showed up with a reservation & was told no rooms available. Another $40 in Uber, hotel $454usd, much more than the rate I had originally paid & finally got to bed at 3:00 in the morning only to check out by 11:00. We took the elderly lady with us as they had one more room left.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are great, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This is an airport hotel so it goes without saying you will hear planes, but I loved sitting at my window and watching the activity. Highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient to the rental car return at the airport and fairly close to the cruise terminal. Dining options 24 hours, simple food but good.

The property was conveniently located next to the airport and was offered at a reasonable rate. They also offered a complimentary breakfast. I will book here again in the future when I am plan another cruise.

I need to get my money back. If someone could tell me who to contact. I booked this room through Expedia and they had no record it in their hotel that we booked. I even brought up the email and printed off everything with a confirmation number included. The lady at the counter said the confirmation number had to be a 6-digit number, and there was no 6-digit number on the entire email. There were no hotels in the entire Miami so we had no place to stay for an entire night thanks to Expedia. Then, there is no one in customer service to talk to. No living, breathing person to tell us how to get our money back!

Great stop, very convenient to the highways going downtown Miami, Miami Beach and the airport. Rental car center about a block away
