Estimado Huésped, Agradecemos sus comentarios sobre su experiencia en nuestro hotel, ya que es la mejor herramienta para identificar áreas de oportunidad o reconocer a nuestros asociados por su servicio. Como usted indica no cumplimos con la asignación de su reservación ya que hubo un desperfecto en la habitación reservada, pero se le entrego una Habitación Deluxe Vista a la Laguna y usted reservo la misma categoría pero con terraza, y por el inconveniente se le hizo un descuento en la tarifa y se le otorgaron los desayunos a usted y a su acompañante en cortesía. Adicional se habló con la persona que nos contrató el evento sobre el incidente con su habitación, el cual nos confirmó que todo estaba bien y que no había problema, y que todo estaba excelente en sus eventos y alimentos contratados.
