가격대비 너무 비싼 호텔
아무리 아구아 깔리엔떼스가 쿠스코보다 물가가 비싸다는 걸 알아도 여기 호텔 요금은 너무 거품인 것 같습니다. 제공받는 것에 비해 가격이 너무 비쌉니다. 일단 가장 실망스럽고 괘씸했던 것은 부대시설이 설명과 다르다는 거였습니다. 사우나와 헬스장 없고, 스파욕조는 유료 사용인데 창문도 없고 갑갑한, 지하에 있는 유료 맛시지실에 딸려 있어 사용할 맘이 전혀 안 납니다. 근처 맛사지 샵 가격보다 6~7배나 높이 받아서 맛사지 서비스를 이용하는 손님도 없는 것 같습니다. 테라스도 있다고 했지만 접근성이 없는 별도 계단으로 지하로 내려가야 해서 사용이 불편합니다. 형식적으로 테이블 하나 갖다 놓은 거라 분위기가 전혀 나지 않고 관리 상태도 나빠 앉아 있을 수가 없습니다. 야외 테라스도 마찬가지입니다. 사진을 잘 찍어서 무슨 절경을 내다보며 앉아 있을 수 있는 것처럼 제시해놓았지만 실제는 완전 다릅니다. 흙탕물이 되어 거세게 내려오는 강물을 내다보는 거라 무시무시하고 대화도 안 될 만큼 물소리가 소음이 되고 있습니다. 주변엔 공사 폐기물이 막 쌓여 있어 지저분하기도 하고요. 방도 제시된 사진으로 상상했던 것보다 훨씬 작습니다. 싱글 침대 두 개가 방에 꽉 차고, 작은 냉장고랑 벽면 TV 외엔 다른 서비스 시설이 없습니다. 하지만 침대는 편하고 시트도 깨끗합니다. 욕실도 깨끗하고 모던하게 잘 꾸몄고요. 전원 꽂을 데도 충분히 많습니다. 그런데 창을 꼭꼭 닫아도 밖의 강물 소리가 너무 커서 휴식을 방해하네요. 무료 인터넷은 종종 끊기지만 그럭저럭 잘 되는 편입니다. 이곳의 최고의 장점은 전면이 유리창인 5층의 조식 식당입니다. 부페가 아주 잘 차려져 있고 음식도 바로바로 채워집니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 너무 비싸다는 생각을 지울 수 없네요. 참, 체크아웃 시 조심하세요. 예약 업체를 통해 예약시 숙박비를 선결제했는데 확인도 안 해보고 또 결제하라며 계속 주장해서 한참 걸려 정정했습니다. 절대로 미안하다는 소리를 하지 않더군요.

Good place to stay if your on a budget for small f
Decent place but could use a little touch up and modernization. It’s located all the way at the southeast end of the lower tracks. The map on Hotels.com is a bit misleading. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Good place to stay if you are budget conscious.

This property was terrible. Not only is there noise from all the trains that are nearby, but you can also smell the exhaust within the whole building. The bathrooms were also not cleaned very well. Also, we were forced to cancel our stay here the same day we arrived due to a strike from the local railroad and Machu Picchu workers. The hotel did not offer any partial or full refund for the incovenience. We had to rebook and leave immediately because no trains would be running possibly for several days and we would not be able to leave Aguas Calientes which is only accessible by train. No cars or taxis can access this region. REALLY TERRIBLE

It is very well located, where the train arrives. Close to where the buses to Machu Picchu leave, places to eat and the craft market. Room 108, which I was assigned, has a very nice view of the river and appears to be well presented. However, it has poor air quality, since the air does not circulate and there is a strong sense of humidity. I couldn't tell if it was from the wall (it was recently painted), or from the mattress. I couldn't sleep because of it.

Gorgeous views and near top restaurants
Nice room and gorgeous view of the river and mountains. The hotel is located very close to the train station and is next to several top rated restaurants in Aguas Calientes. Would stay here again.

Wow this hotel was amazing. Super clean nice room. The staff amazing. The lady at the lobby was so friendly and helpful. Actually she went above and beyond as I had already checked out of my room and waiting for my train to go back to Cusco, I went for a long hike. When I went to pick up my luggage I made the comment that I wanted to change because I probably smell like a pig due to the hike. She offered me a room to take a shower despite of the fact that I already checked out. Amazing.

This hotel was convenient to the train station and restaurants. They serve a good breakfast with beautiful views of the river. Nothing fancy but clean, basic and affordable.

Me encantó la habitación con vista al río. Lo que no me gustó fue el impuesto que me cobraron solo en este hotel, en el resto de los hoteles de Perú ninguno lo hizo, y el recibo que les pedí no decía el concepto del cobro. Y deberían poner crema para el cuerpo y más Shapoo en el baño.

Excelente!
A localização do hotel é excelente. Fica há uns 7 minutos a pé da estação de trem. O quarto era simples mas limpo, cama confortável, banheiro com ótimochuveiro, secador de cabelos e cofre. O café da manhã era simples e muito gostoso. A vista do restaurante é linda (de frente ao Rio Urubamba). Excelente custo benefício.

Desde la recepción los mejores, El Desayuno fabuloso, habitación muy cómoda y la limpieza impecable, fue un punto clave para disfrutar todo el viaje y descansar muy bien, muy agradecida con tan buena atención. Nos gustó la ubicación, el desayuno muy bien y adaptado a la subida a Machupicchu. El personal de recepción se comportaba muy distante y muy frío no te facilitaban la estancia. Les pedí un adaptador para el enchufe, y tuve que llamar tres veces a recepción para que me lo subieran

Not Too Bad
The Hotel was pretty good. It was clean, it had a nice view of the river and it was only a few minute's walk from anything. The good thing was that the hotel served breakfast started at 4:30 am which allows one to eat before catching the early bus up to Machu Picchu. The issues I had were that I reserved the Panoramic room with the River view and they tried to put me in a normal room. They quickly corrected the issue. The other issue is that I reserved the hotel for a price in $$ but on check-in, they converted the fee to Soles and charged me the equivalent of about $9 more. When I caught it, later on, the other receptionist said he couldn't change it and tried to show me that the conversion was correct by using a higher conversion factor on a calculator. I ended up disputing the difference on my credit card instead.
