Muy comodo el departamento, necesita un poco de publicidad ya que los choferes de los tours no lo conocen bien, pero muy buena propiedad, muy segura y limpia

Location closed to the beaches
The Owner, Patricia, listed the unit as up to six people but only suitable for four. Sofa bed was not working, old and stained. Owner, Patricia was rude and unprofessional when I called to let her know about the sleeping arrangement. accused me of trying to stay at her unit for free and that she knows our kind of people. Very disrespectful. She said that $400.00 is not going to make her rich, but I say,$ 400.00 is not going to make us poor. We paid, we were her guest and she should have treated us with respect and make some other sleeping arrangements. We paid for five guests not for four. Patricia (owner) customer service is ver poor. Very disappointed.

Dear Evelyn ( you should put your name when your want to sounds credible) ; This is Patricia as we have talked by whattsapp, my apartments advertisements is announced for 6 people, specify, one king size bed, two twins and one sofa bed.( we don´t lie about how many beds are in). you have never called me.. i was called you in January to explain all your doubts and to offer you to cancel without penalty ( we have tended all info you have been request during this months ago before you arrived to Laguna Golf, so you knew perfectly about the apartment furnitures, and also you had the web site pictures and information details). we have blocked the apartment for you more than 4 months, and when you try to fight with us about the sofa bed, our manger in the property show how to use, and you know , the sofa was working perfectly the problem was you do not know how to manipulated, and start to make no sense complaints. we have tried to refunded your money again ;- if you were unhappy in Laguna Golf, and you answered us NO, WE ARE OK... .and then you were trying to get your reservation for free "blackmailing" with your review will be very poor . we told you, our rates are more than well, competitive, our area is quite and nice, the pool, is great, people around so nice, and apartment is exactly like pictures. we are connected with the guest 24 hours ( remember i was answering you by whattsapp in minutes everytime). As we told you we work everyday for people who came to enjoy , not for problematic, or impolite visitors. You were my guest, you insult me and my team.and tried to take advantage of a familiar Business . We continue working as always. Greetings

Not as advertised or pictured!
I'm a frequent traveler and I always look into things prior to making any reservations. I thought I did everything in my power to ensure my stay was safe, comfortable and stress-free. After making my reservation, I received a follow-up email from Laguna Bravo stating that there would be additional electricity charges which was not included in my reservation information. I contacted Expedia in regards to this matter and they in turn contacted the person from Laguna Bravo and was told specifically that there was no additional charges however, upon my arrival I was advised that there indeed was additional charges for usage of electricity and I would need to take it up with the owner in regards to my questions or concerns about that even though I had direct emails stating otherwise. The place was nowhere near what it was pictured on multiple sites in fact it had parts of the ceiling and railing falling apart and it's located in a location only the locals can find in a run-down part of town. Luckily myself and my friend had enough funds to be able to book elsewhere and stayed the entire week at another Resort because we felt unsafe at this rental. I requested from day one a refund and to this day have been denied and still had to pay electricity when I didn't stay at the unit not one our the entire week it was reserved.

We are a small, quiet, private hotel, guarded 24 hours and with very tight and fair prices, very fair for the service we offer. We are inside an area of ​​residential condominiums and we recommend renting a vehicle to have freedom of movement in the area and avoid tourists paying abusive prices of Punta Cana taxis. Cancelled our reservations!!!!!
To whom it may concern, the services at this apartment was totally unacceptable cause they cancelled our reservations without any notice and they got paid for all those days bunch of scammers thieves unprofessional uncomfortable unsafe area also laguna golf bavaro mistreated us unfairly cause we were from the USA!!!!!!

we have checked about your "cancellation". i am going to share some information about that. (i will try to avoid insults and liers like yours) we can not cancel reservations... that is an only option has our guests directly from their reservations web sites. we only apply the web site penalty in case you lost your cancellation time. this is because, the web site take the money, not us. we did not received any money from your reservation, because we only confirm them by telephone we didi not received any information from YOU about your arriving time, or flight details as we asked several times as you can checked... Next time, try to read all the info, try be HONEST with your own "history version", and give us a favor, if you are going to behave like an intractable staff, do not travel and stay at home. People use to travel to enjoy , not to fight. Also remind you have taken one of our best ever deals.. so it was ok if you had responded our e mails, and accept our welcoming conditions, had been more intelligent. By the way, your review about our apartment is not important for us.. everyones knows that many people try to use this to get something that does not fit. Just about your USA visitors comments, where you from? here it is the owner, A Spanish woman, and my Husband comes from Boston. thanks a lot. Greetings.

Lamentablemente tuve que cancelar la reserva y no pude disfrutar de las instalaciones, no obstante, el personal vía telefónico muy amable. Importante, hay unos cargos que solo uno se entera después de haber reservado: Si realizas un late check in o un late check Out te cobran adicional, 20 usd Costo adicional por la electricidad utilizada. El único costo que estaba consciente antes de reservar es que te cobran uso 25 por limpieza del apt.

Dear Lionell; thanks for your nice words about Laguna Golf Bávaro. We would like to remind you as we explained by phone, mail and in person that an extra charge was applied because you had made a reservation for 4 adults and finally stay 5. You were wrong when you insisted that you had paid for an apartment for 6, as we showed you on your booking budget.. anyway an extra charged of 160 usd for a 16 days stay in... it is more than good price in high season. I am sure next time you come back will check properly your information details before make a reservation. We hope to see you soon, and thanks a lot again for choosing us for your vacations.

nice apartments
this apartment is a little out there as far as walking but a really nice place. It is set up with everything you need for a short or extended stay, dishes, cookware, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms and baths, everything. The property has a lovely pool and the area is very quiet. the owner contacted me to make sure of what day and time we were going to arrive and someone was there to greet us and give us keys. Keep in mind, it does say in the description of the apt. that you will make a deposit for cleaning and electricity use. I saw that one review said they did not receive their deposit back. I did. I did not receive it upon leaving, but that being said, I did not let the woman that met us know what time we were leaving, but the owner contacted me and let me know what my refund was and sent it to me quickly.

Great apartment.
This is a very nice apartment, it worked perfectly for me working remotely for a week. The pool is awesome. The apartment is big with a full kitchen, full living room, 2 bedrooms and two baths. However you need a car to drive to the beach and drive into corticito for groceries etc. There is a beach they say you can walk to, but it is far to walk. A few minor things maintenance wise needed to be done. The management person carmen was great and helped us get in and out.

Punta Cana
El apartamento está muy bien, solo falta indicar que en este caso por ser apartamento se debe pagar una fianza, misma que regresan al final de la estancia si no se hacen daños al lugar, pero por lo pronto disminuye la capacidad financiera en efectivo. Vale la pena aunque no tiene playa.

Laguna Golf Bavaro- ripped off by theiving agent
Arriving at apartment, we were surprised to be told there were extra fees before we could move in. Tired and desperate to go to sleep, paid up $200 deposit, plus $25 cleaning fee plus $20 because it was after 6pm. Then seeing agents copy of contract, it was $200 cheaper than we had paid, agent promised to speak to owner and find out why we'd been charged £417 ($660) by Expedia when the rent was listed as $500. In addition the agent said we would also be charged electric and gas, even though our Expedia contract said all bills and charges included. Unsurprisingly the agent didnt come back and Despite several calls to the agent, there was no response. Property was in middle of nowhere, Not close to beach at all. We had to hire a taxi to get to beach 4-5 miles away in the middle of nowhere. On the second day we hired a moped, just to get to the nearest town to buy provisions. On the day we were leaving the private hire company refused to send a taxi to this remote place, and the taxi we eventually got to come, had trouble finding the place. We waited for the agent till the last minute with the taxi to get our deposit back, but the agent, although somewhere on site was settling in some other poor sucker at the time she was supposed to check the house. Worried we would miss our flights we just told the taxi to go and found the agent by the compound gate. She was very rude and demanded the keys despite not giving back any of the $200 deposit. We still missed our flights

Laguna Golf had never visited for a person like you. we trust in you will never visit our country again. we are only interesting in people who came to enjoy and relax in Bávaro, not in aggressive and unrespected visitors. During more than 10 years never had seen this before. THANKS SO MUCH TO BE SO FAR. and we are very sorry about posted your flight because of your time in dominican jail for wreckage.

Everything was great just informed anyone who stays here that there is a charge for the electricity (about $20 a day) if you let the a/c run for 24hrs like we did but everything else was great and if you go in a group is even better cause you can fit up to 6ppl and you can save a lot of money
