Rip off charged for 3 adults when only 2 on first night, charged 100 dollars for parking for night of solar eclipse yet the parking lot they own only charged 40 tops that day. was charged 350 plus the night before eclipse. Creepy feeling as I was a woman staying with kids alone, did not feel safe

Could have been cleaner (ex bathroom). Tv remote didn’t work properly, cable/satellite was unstable. Parking was unclear as the name of the property on Expedia doesn’t match the actual name of the place

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Good attempts at updating...new floors and fresh paint but could use a bit more attention. Bedding and linens were clean. Over all a great little place with good value for the money. Location is close to all Clifton Hill attractions. Will come back.

Bed room is nice and cozy. matrass is soft and worm. The problem is the door to hallway was locked when I came back from outside. I have key only for my room. It took sometimes to find someone to get help to open the door to the hallway to get back to my own room. If I could not find anyone, i will be locked out of my room for all night. It should not happen like that. I have never seen a hotel door is locked to the hall wayl

You get what you pay
The room should provide some water in the rooms. My bestfriend needed to take medication and we had to walk to the store, when she had sore knees.

The property was outdated however they've kept it very clean and was suitable for our needs as somewhere to sleep. It was in a great location for walkability to the hill and all the attractions we wanted to hit up. The only frustration was the outlets in the room. There was only 1 functioning outlet in the room and it was in the base of the lamp. It was very loose. I had to prop my phone charger a certain way to charge up my device and it felt very unsafe. There was another outlet at the side of the bed but it didn't work. That's the only thing I would want to bring to the attention of the owners. Everyone has devices that need to be charged so it's pretty important.

Loved the restaurant downstairs!!!! Butter chicken w rice and garlic nan bread mmm. Also loves the Roku stick for watching Netflix!

When we got here 45 minutes after check in the room wasn’t ready yet and as soon as we got to our room door we had to practically kick the door in to get into the room, the floor was sticky throughout the entire room, the bathroom was tiny and it had old used conditioner on the counter and the toilet paper is a pain to get off the roll. The room was infested with fruit flies (Gnats) pretty big ones too, the tv keeps cutting out and the room doesn’t get the wifi that they offer so I hope you have a lot of data. There is only one outlet in the room so have to charge one phone at a time. The pillows look like someone was dripping sweat on top of them hours before and haven’t been cleaned in weeks This hotel should be maybe $25 a night at most not $240 especially when the parking is $30 and it’s only till 3am so you have to get up at 3am and pay another $30!!! When you open the window you get a nice view of a brick wall from the other hotel with the same name so good luck finding this one you might as well just stay home instead of coming here.

The staff were very unprofessional, speaking in their language in front of me while I was checking in. Parking was across the street but the attendant didnt speak a word of English and it took us a while to explain that we were checked in across the street. This would be avoided if the check in attendant would have provided something like a voucher to show the attendant. The room was pretty good, but certainly not worth $300... the bathroom was not cleaned as well as one would expect - hair and what my son described as a booger on the bathtub. An inch of dust on the wall shelf. Bottles of shampoo that were half used. The rest of the room was decently cleaned, but a major update is required. The television was at least 15 years old. One of the bedside lamps had to have the bulbs unscrewed to turn off as the button for the lamp was loose and when I pressed it, it went inside the lamp body itself. My kids usually enjoy hotel stays but when we left, they expressed how much they would rather not be back... I would have rather paid a bit more and gone elsewhere. The value certainly was not there.

The room had no cups. The tv channels are bad. The headboard had place where ripped apart. The room looked like no one taken care of it in years. It is close to falls but that is it. Should be $60 motel at most

We had a cancelled flight and notified the hotel 4 hoys before 6pm on the 28th June by leavingba message on their machine. Rang again half hour later and nachine was too full for more messages. Contacted Expedia and their virtual chat would not recogne my booking number Still been chargef for nooking. We are not happy Australian visitors and would not recommend

Didn’t like the following: No deadbolt or secure method on door. No wash rags, plastic or paper cups. No working refrigerator. Very poor section of tv channels to view, . What I liked, the price was good.

Nice location, very close to Clifton hill. Parking fee is $ 5 per day ( you eventually pay $10 bcs of check in check out different dates) . Looks clean

No parking onsite; charged $20 to park across the road (in a lot that posted $15/day rate); Tiny room with no clock/radio, window onto noisy ally, bedside lamp/outlets would only work if overhead light was on, electrical outlets worn out to the point that phone chargers fell out, only 2 pillows and 1 bottle of water provided for double occupancy... the list goes on, total rip off, never again!

This place is located right beside the main strip Clifton Hill. It’s literally an alley way walk and you are there. Good bang for your bucks. Second time there and we will not go anywhere else unless we are looking for romantic getaway of fallsview.

Room was disgusting and dirty. Smelled like cat urine. Fruit flies everywhere and only 2 small towels. Very limited parking and staff non accommodating. Not recommended
