Es war eine Reise wert. Das Hotel, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Organisation sind hervorragend. Der Spa- und Poolbereich sind sehr schön. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Unser Lieblingshotel auf Mallorca. Die Angstellten sind zuvorkommemd und sehr sehr Nett zu den Gästen. Ein großes Lob an den Personalverantwortlichen.. das ist ein 1a Team. Lage ist sehr schön ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen war besonders gut, sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war auch super, obwohl wir seitlichen Meerblick gebucht hatten. Was uns etwas gestört hat war der 1cm große Spalt bei der Badtür, die man auch nicht schließen konnte. Das machte es in "manchen Situationen" etwas schwierig.

Great stay
Our stay was great. We can’t really complain about anything (and that’s rare!). Staff was lovely (especially gentleman at the pool bar who was also preparing tasty mini cocktails before dinner). Food was plentiful, grounds and hotel in very good condition. Location was great. We would definitely like to go back so that’s a massive compliment from us!

Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Das Essen ist gut. Vom Spa Bereich darf man nichts erwarten. Kleine Sauna ( f. max. 6 Personen und nur mit Textil) Sie befindet sich im sehr kleinen Hallenbad. Es gibt nur 6 Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer wurden relativ oberflächlich gereinigt.

Fifty Shades Of Iberostar
Firstly, our intention from this holiday was to relax and enjoy some late September sunshine. However, It was impossible to sunbathe on any terrace around the pool and enjoy sunshine all day long. The height of the hotel building and its neighbouring building is very restrictive in this respect and shade is an issue. The hotel policy of removing towels from sunbeds after 30 minutes of non occupancy is non existent as some guests were placing 4 towels on 4 sunbeds on different sun terraces to ensure they did not miss out on the sunshine. After day 2 we decided to hire beach sunbeds for the duration of our stay. The quality and cleanliness of our room and all public areas was immaculate. Premium branded drinks from the pool bar were very expensive. We observed staff working at the pool bar making fun of guests on one evening, and observed staff working at the pool bar keeping tips for themselves despite being asked by guests to put the tips in the tip box at the bar. This is unprofessional and denied hard working bar staff the opportunity of experiencing the gratitude of some of the guests. Within the space of 10 minutes we saw one member of the pool bar staff put 30 euros into her pocket rather than into the tip box. Food in the restaurant was typical of an all inclusive menu. Entertainment was acceptable on the 3 nights out of 8 that we stayed in the hotel. There are many nearby beachfront hotels offering sunshine all day long. If you want sunshine all day long go elsewhere.

The staff were amazing & very accommodating. upon check in, i was offered an option to upgrade my room to a sea view for only 25 euro extra a day. the room was spacious with a full sofa & the views were amazing.

Very clean, bright and well-maintained property. Rooms are small and basic, but we had a nice ocean view. (The higher up the better the view. It’s an all-inclusive and the food was fine. Not great but plenty to choose from and a reasonably priced add-on. Drinks and snacks available throughout the day which is nice. Pool area is big and well set up. If you want a chair with a view of the ocean pick your chair early! If you have a car it’s on road parking which can be tricky but we were fine. Staff is very nice and helpful. And the property is committed to sustainability and it shows.

Great hotel, pleasant professional staff
Very nice hotel, friendly professional staff, good food & a great view. The only downside was that the town was completely closed out of season so you really had to stay in the hotel in the Eve.

Beautiful area Hotel right next to the Beach… Likes staff couldn’t do enough for you always busy and always a smile on their faces you make the Hotel what it is, food was lovely you’d struggle if you were vegan, Lobby area Bar Restaurant and Spa area all lovely bright and clean. Dislikes gym small and equipment needs refreshing also needs details of how to work aircon, rooms or certainly ours dated scuffs and marks on floor and walls throughout badly needs painting mould on the sofa bed and rip in cushion rips in black out curtain, no kettle, bathroom door doesn’t close shower floods the bathroom the list goes on disappointing for an iberostar and had I paid full price I would be furious

Wir haben uns vom Betreten des Hotels bis zum Auschecken sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos mega freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und wir haben die Ruhe einfach genossen. Auch beim Essen gibt es für uns keine Kritikpunkte, immer lecker und frisch. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Very nice and quiet hotel, the kitchen staff at the buffet is very friendly, and they gave us very good advice, (an excellent turkey with mustard and honey sauce), the spa is tiny, but very quiet, relaxing and the sauna is perfect. The room is large and spacious, comfortable and comfortable bed, large and spacious shower. A very pleasant experience, we will repeat.

Great place to relax.
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Fabulous location right next to a park and facing the ocean. We spent a few nights there in winter. Not sure how the location is in summer - there seem to be a lot of party places around.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel mit super Service-Mitarbeitern, die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Tägliches Sportprogramm ist geboten, sowie Abendprogramme. Wunderschöne Gegend. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein wenig klein aber zum kurzen Erholen ausreichend. Das Hotel kann ich absolut nur empfehlen.
