The hotel is very clean and compotable.. But the room charge is CAD 139.9 during reservation, but I checked my card payment, the actual paid CAD 189.9 Why is not maching? where can I check this status?

I wished the Ice Machine was timed so it turned off by 11pm and does not start operating until 7am. It was if the whole hotel was using it between 12 Midnight and 5am. It constantly disturbed our sleep.

Nice, affordable place to stay just off Hwy 401
This Comfort Inn was a nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Upgrades have been made and duly noted - the walk in shower, comfy beds and free HOT breakfast in a beautiful large, well-equipped dining room made this a very welcome stay! The staff are friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend it !

Great stay.
My stay was great. Comfy bed, amenities in the room, hot shower, wonderful breakfast. The only thing I’d have to say is there were a couple of dead flies on the floor in my bathroom. Likely just the time of year. Overall, I’d give it an “A”

This place was under construction. The crew started early waking us up. The room and premises were generally filthy. We had to totally unload my truck as we were worried about the sketchiness of the situation. My suspicions were confirmed when I found an empty lame' party purse in the weeds in front of my truck the next morning. Also the canopy a couple of 2x4 blocks to extend the steel, very dangerous situation. I also have videos of me washing a booger off the wall and wiping filth off the light switches and shower. I would like a refund as we were not informed at the time of booking of the construction or the general condition of the premises. We paid in full when booking.

Great staff, disappointing acccommodations
the hotel is undergoing renovations, the room that was assigned to us was incomplete.. no towel racks or soap dish in shower, no toilet paper roll holder, the phone for the room did not work, was not hooked up, the dishwasher looked nice, was not hooked up, the induction cook top worked but no pots or pans, only about a teaspoon of liquid soap to do dishes by hand, had to ask for soap for dishes, for dish cloth, did not get dish towel given to us only the dish rag, the floors were not clean because of dust from construction outside building... on the other hand, the staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful, the fridge and freezer worked great!
