Hi Ulrike, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. You are correct that there is construction in the area. This is mentioned on our listing and has been listed there for over 12 months. On booking guests receive a courtesy email to again let guests know of this, just in case the guest has not checked all the listing before making the booking. We acknowledge that your Wifi was not working on arrival, which was afterhours when the office was unattended. In the morning a technician was brought on site to recify the Wifi issue (this is also what caused the TV issue). Both being rectified in the morning. We are sorry to hear that you felt one air conditioner did not cool your whole apartment. Had we have been made aware of this concern, we would have explained how best to use the air con (which is of a size capable of cooling the whole apartment) to cool your entire apartment.We hope that the disappointment experienced at Pacific Regis can be put behind you and we sincerely wish you both an enjoyable trip for the remainder of your time in Australia.

Hi Mia, Thank you for taking time to leave feedback for us. We do value your comments and have reviewed them carefully. We are shocked to say the least and feel compelled to respond fully. At no time during either of your stays did you let us know that you were so unhappy with your time here. Conversations with you were friendly. If you were so unhappy with your stay we are surprised you booked a second stay with us? Both apartments you stayed in are not in 70's style and in fact have been updated by their respective owners. The last apartment has only recently had a new lounge and dining table installed. We are sorry to hear that neither apartment was to your taste. To say our building is musty is untrue. The carpet throughout all our common areas have only recently been replaced and our lift carpets only in the last few months. These could not be considered old nor musty. The mirror you refer to was not left balanced on a faucet by our team, as we discussed with you at the time. It appears to have fallen off the wall prior to your check-in. We immediately offered to have it secured back on the wall. You are correct in saying we knew about the faulty dishwasher, unfortunately the technician called to repair it between guests was unable to do so as he waiting on parts to fix, this was completely out of our control. We have had maintenance re check both apartments you stayed in and have not found broken toilet seats, dirty grout or raised floor tiles? In regards to your comments re appliances and kitchenware, all our apartments are individually owned and furnished to our owners taste and are adequate for holiday letting. Not all supply coffee machines. With respect, all our TVs are smart TV's and we offer Foxtel Business IQ in all our apartments which offers a myriad of channels including on demand movies (free of charge) and free to air TV. If you were having difficulty with your TV's or Foxtel we would have been happy to show you how to operate. The shutters you refer to are new and only recently fitted. Unfortunately there will always be a little light round the frame edges. We appreciate that you found out office staff to be pleasant, thank you.Sadly we can see that we have not met your expectations. We have reviewed our processes and our marketing to see how where we can do better.We hope that you otherwise had a lovely time in Burleigh.with kind regards,

We are very sorry to hear that your stay was not how you nor we would have liked it to be.During a severe storm there was a major power outage across the suburb for a couple of hours, which is out of our control. Our team were contacted as soon as the incident occurred and returned to site ASAP. Whilst we could not turn the power on we did provide assistance to those guests who needed to return to their apartments via the stairwells. The carpark gate was also manually opened when we were able to do so. We are pleased to hear that you have noted we do have the best location, thank you. We offer fully self-contained apartments and for our guests convenience, we provide a starter pack of essentials which contains 4 x toilet rolls per apartment, toiletries, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and a soap powder sachet for the washing machine. As we are not a hotel, we don't offer daily servicing nor a daily top up of supplies.
