Hi Robyn, Very sorry you felt this way on the 2 bed poolside apartment. By comparison of our river view apartments being fully refurbished I agree this apartment is in need of some TLC for which has been organised with the owner during this month including a direct line unlimited NBN for WiFi, however the price does reflect this for the time of year you stayed. Small things such as the blind in the second bedroom would have been tended to immediately had management been notified. All beds had bedspreads for which had arrived back from the dry cleaners on the morning of your afternoon arrival. I am sorry the apartment was not to your expectation, I do hope you are able to enjoy many happy holidays in Noosa in the future.
