Disappointing
Very Basic room. There was a spider in the bed as we pulled the sheets back I understand this may happen sometimes. Beds are very old Our key was not left out for us like we were told it would be. Disappointing for tired travellers.

Not impressed
I chose this motel for a recent visit to warwick as the reviews were OK and stated it was a quiet motel which suited us. The room was in need of some TLC, the sink looked like someone had put cigarettes out in it, there was a broken drawer and damaged walls and doors. No hairdryer, TV didn’t work (was fixed promptly) and an old air con split system that conked out leaving us freezing in the night. The noisy neighbours had their TV on all night and snook their dog into their room (not the owners fault) . Could hear local dogs barking and the noise of the old air con system didn’t lend itself to a good nights sleep at all. The shower pressure was good but water ran hot and cold. Bed was OK. Walls are thin and you can hear the people in the room next to you talking. The family running the motel were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend nor would I stay here again.

This was a great find for an overnight stay in Warwick and very well priced. Usually our hotel stays have had a bar fridge and kettle but this included a toaster and a microwave as well which are all helpful for some simple food prep when travelling.

We loved the location of this motel. The view underneath the big gum tree was lovely in the afternoons to watch the sun go down with some snacks. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were modern and pleasant however the mattresses didn't have protectors on and the cleanliness i wouldn't say was great but ok for our short stay. The staff accommodating us staying an extra night with ease and fresh towels were available. Not right in the CBD but close enough but without the noise and surrounding lights etc. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great, easy 5 min drive into town, room has everything you need: Hot showers/icey cold AC/spacious rooms, nice bedsz fridge, coffee etc. Staff at Check-in was lovely (cool LEGO builds!) Very happy with the ease, price and location of stay :)

It was very reasonably priced. Clean. Had kettle and toaster so we could have a quick breakfast before we left to continue our road trip. The view was lovely. Helpful staff.
