This was a booking for 4 people....The manager was nice when we got there, explaned that they are doing up a unit so would be a bit of a mess outside( cool). We entered to find a very small tv and sky box on a roughly panited tv stand a table for only 2 people, only 2 plates, knives, forks etc didnt explain how to turn on the hot water for the shower which had extremely low pressure. No way to cook a meal on the stove no microwave in the unit. It was roughly painted inside, and over holes snd switches. Paint on curtians and the windows hard to shut, and the wardrobe door handle came off in your handno curtain to cover the glass front door facing the main rd, not enough seating for people to relax, broken lights, no dish cloth or plug for the sink. The toilet seat was roughly painted and looked awful just the start of my list but i think you get the picture by now. To finish off this stay we had some friends visit in the form of cockroaches. Wont stay here again......

This was the worse Motel I have every stayed at. Poor facilities, couldn't check in at the check in time, had to park my car on the street, only had a jug in my room and the place is been used for temporary accommodation. The people next door were awake most of the night and I couldn't sleep. This Motel should be taken off the Wotif website. Wouldn't stay here again.

This Motel was terrible. We did not stay there as conditions were so bad. Everything looked old and dirty and unkept. We would reccommend that you remove it from your web site. We would also like to be refunded the $99 we paid , as we did not stay. Regards Gordon Beattie.

Badly stayed kitchen chair and carpet. The hand basin had like big burn marks and a chip out of the hand basin. In the twin room I stayed in they didn’t have any dinner plates. Also the room can hold 3 people, expect there was only two of plates, cups, and life and fork. They don’t even supply a flannel, any extra blankets or pillows that alone a Iron. In the family room that the people I was with had a hole in the ceiling. There is only one door in all the units so if there was a fire in the room and you couldn’t get to the door you be stuck. There no nets curtain so in you have to pull the blinds to stop any one seeing into your room.

Curb appeal wasn't that great, disappointing upon my arrival. Staff member who greeted me was ok but could have welcomed me better. I had to wait for the room to be cleaned before I could use the room. I would never stay there again, considering the main road and how close this is to it, and it seems really dangerous in terms of the room we had because it felt like a vehicle, truck could crash straight into the room. I did not feel safe in that room especially when I had my three young children with me. The amenities need serious upgrading. The stove was rusted and old looking. I would not pay this amount for what service and room we received.

The Motel was OK, but very run down and in need of some refreshing paintwork. But the manager was welcoming and friendly. It would have been good to have a toaster.

Clean, cozy and central.
It was comfortable, clean and central. The children enjoyed the hotel experience in the family unit. We went opshopping Saturday morning and got some good scores. We visited the museum , which was very interesting and then went to local park for a walk with the children, nice playground and water and ducks. Would have visited the rose gardens if it was the season of blooms.

Close to town and close to parks but
Damp room that was musty. Windows all opened when we got there so that was good. We went out for dinner for a couple of hours and locked up the room. On return the room smelled of mold and stale cigarettes.

You get what you pay for
Everything works. Comfortable bed but don't expect a well maintained unit A good scrub up and a lick of paint would make a more pleasant stay. Dirty window frames and skirtings etc

Place in need of a Makeover
The rooms are spacious and whilst the place could be really lovely the toilet seat was Well overdue for replacement and the bedding was tired. Prices well but it needs some love!

Booked through expedia...Totally disapointed !!!!
The room that we got was YUK !!!!(not what the pic`s looked like at all) the room was so small, a double & single bed, small room with toilet,sink and shower.No kitchen, so had to get water for jug from bathroom sink?Holes in walls, old linen? The owner gave us an upgrade for an extra $15, so we could have a proper kitchen....Then the double bed in the upgrade room was so uncomfortable!!! the matress leaned to one side?the pillows were so uncomfy....Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone....The only nice thing about this motel was the owner, he was very accomodating, and he had 2 gorgeous dogs !!! The parking was crazy!!! and after we had attended our 50th birthday, on return to motel, someone had taken our park outside our room?????

Very basic facilities - but Clean & Friendly
It was a cheap place to crash for the night. We arrived late and left early. We only needed a hot shower and somewhere clean & warm to sleep. This motel delivered.

Avoid this hotel
The hotel was very old and worn out. The carpet was really dirty and worn through, curtains must have been 40 years old, the bathroom curtain was torn and only half hanging and the whole bathroom was in pretty rough shape. I told the owner I thought it was very expensive but he only said it was the cheapest in town. Maybe true but sure not worth $100 for three. Had it been $50 for all three, it would have been reasonable. Best to look for another spot. I have travelled to over 60 countries with my backpack and stayed in everything from hostels to 5 star and this was about the worst value I have seen.

A place to rest your head. But only a quick stay.
We booked this after having to cancel another hotel and hour before arriving so needless to say there was limited choice around the area at that notice. The motel was comfortable enough. The rooms had very thin windows which you could hear the main road clearly. The rooms are dated, but beds were comfortable enough. A perk was the widescreen TV & SKY channels. Not just the standard basic channels, but everything. Much appreciated after a stressful evening. The power sockets were placed in the least ideal spots. Having to re arrange the furniture just to charge up a phone is pretty poor. The bathroom was small and the shower looked dirty, so we didn't bother. The basic cutlery that was given could have been better. We were equipped with 1 knife & 1 spoon & 2 mugs for a room with 3 beds. WIFI was good in the room, but had to ask for the details. There should have been given upon check in/somewhere visible in room. It was ideal being able to park directly outside, but I have a tiny car & it still would have been a tight squeeze had I had someone park either side of me.

simple motel, good for a night
motel had no heating but had an electric radiator which we had to use. The showers were good but there was no heat in the bathroom. Beds were fine and clean. Staff was ok, had a guard dog in the morning, so just be aware of that. Overall an ok stay.
