This property was very affordable & easy to find. We arrived quite late due to car problems and our host had arranged a key for us. The room was basic & met all our needs.

The ladies at Ned Kellys were very welcoming & easy to deal with. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the fact my vehicle was damaged. the staff couldn't be more helpful during a very stressful time for me

Stayed here few weeks ago, heading south again so booked here without a thought to look elsewhere. Ended up arriving later then planned, called ahead & the lovely staff had no issues leaving keys out for me in lock box. Great service again & great space for the nite.

Great location for me, passing thru to the north stayed 1 nite was a great van room I was in very affordable 😀 will definitely be staying here again on way home & future stays. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Room had everything you need for a nites stay - super cold ac, comfy bed, bathroom, tv & fridge with coffee facilities 👍

Meals are supposed to be available at the motel owned adjacent Service Station. Food unavailable on 2 occasions because staff had cleaned up an hour earlier than the advertised opening hours and refused to cook anything, presumably as it would impede their planned, early closure.

I was very surprised when I was told I was in a Van - as I booked a "Budget Single Motel Room" however, it was a lovely newer room in a portable trailer type sitatuon. Although parking was not really directly at the room, and not clear when I was to park, I found a space close to park. Only issue I found was that the door didnt have a seal around it enough so there was condensation over everything in the morning upon waking up.

Everything you need for an overnight stay: clean, reliable lock on the door, hot water in the shower, comfortable bed, good price. My other box to tick is good air con but did not need to try that at this time of year.

My horror night in Ned Kelly.
Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No support, no action taken nothing but denial. Each room has its own parking bay. Provided you leave your car in it nothing will go wrong. I however went out around 4 pm and was gone until 8 pm. When I came back my parking space has been stolen by someone else. He was still there when I left the next day around 7.30am. I know his registration number and model of the car he had. When I called the office around 1pm they went into denial mode. Didn't even offer me a partial refund for my inconvenience. If that's the measure of care I can expect to get from a place like that, it would be better to sleep in a park or park bench than there.
