Excellent location opposite Sunrise Beach. An easy 1.5km walk along the beach to the Sunshine Beach, SLSC, shops and restaurants. Chalet and Co cafe 100 m away for excellent food from local producers. Noosa National Park an easy 5 min drive in the early mornings. Loved it and will return. Communication excellent and instructions simple. We'd stay here again

A great location. Beautiful sandy beach directly across the road. Modern and comfortable. Very cosy kingsize bed. We were in the centre apartment and could not hear a thing from our neighbours. Administration was very efficient and spot on with required information for accessing the property. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. Pool was nice and deep

Great location with an amazing sea view. The beach was just across the road and there is a great cafe a short stroll away.

I know we had an issue with an unfortunate double booking (which was caused by Wotif having an issue with advising us of your last-minute booking). Beautiful stay at Sunrise Beach
View from the property is as good if not better than the posted pictures. Cross the street and you are at the beach, a long stretch of fine sand. Unit is well equipped and clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Secure parking and lots of street parking. Fab cafe with great food, 3 min walk away. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect accommodation for a quick getaway with a group of friends. House was clean and perfect for entertaining. Pick up and drop off of keys was a pleasure. Would definitely stay here again.

Million Dollar View - One dollar apartment
Writing a negative review is not something I take lightly. People have investments and hope for a return, but presenting a property like this one was cannot be ignored and does not make for a pleasant experience for a holiday. Broken lounges, filthy out door furniture, horrible pillows, filthy cutlery drawer, mould, rust, paint peeling off, dust, grime on fans.

Pleasant surprise. Apartment 5 had been fully renovated and was a good fit for our party of three couples.

Appartment ist gross und bietet alles was man benötigt Mit waschmaschine. Spülmaschine etc. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Leider funktioniert ein Ventilator nicht!

Great location. Nice and quiet area away from the crowds. Patrolled beach out front, coffee shop 100m away. 15min walk up the beach to the sunshine surf club. Good sized unit. Starting to show a bit of wear and tear, could do with a good clean, but wasn’t filthy. Great value for money.

Close to the beach
Spacious apartment (#2) enough room for the kids to run around in, had the pool to ourselves the entire week, beach (life guard between 8.30am - 4.30pm) is a short stroll across the road and down a path through the bush.

NOISE FROM WIRKMEN
We arrived to find scaffolding all around our room. We were top floor. Both days the workman started drilling and banging the roof at 7.15am waking up my children. It continued until we couldnt cope with the noise and left the room both days. The workman also came in our room at 8.30am to turn off our air con, if was 28 degrees outside. I am furious we were not advised at booking about the work. The noise was so bad we recorded it

Very handy to the beach, very relaxing
Apart from the construction around us (which didn't affect us), the place was quiet, close to the beach and cafe down the road. Great value during the school holidays.

Huge two bedroom condo on the beach
Beautiful spot however there is no notice that there is construction on the place, scaffolding in front of the balcony, and loud work men starting at 730, no Wi-Fi, barely cell reception and t.v cuts out dl too construction, was only told after I booked it so a little dissapointed on that page but overall was beautiful and huge! Beach right across the road is convenient!

Short stay for friends funeral in Noosa.
Short stay to attend funeral, two bed apartment as another couple travelled from Sydney to also attend funeral. Apartment faced the ocean which was nice on our second morning the front balcony was flooded with sunshine so breakfast here was a beautiful start to the day. Cafe a short walk to the right, serving breakfast. Town not far by car. Two single beds a bit uncomfortable, mattress hard. Traffic noise until early evening then started again early morning. Unit presented very well and very clean. Met our needs we ate our meals in town but kitchen was very well equiped for self catering.

Very nice place, location backs on to the main road though so with windows open can be a bit noisy. great views of the beach and access is just across the road.

The unit was a generous size for 3 guests. It needs a coat of paint and a freshen up, but it was a great spot for a girls' getaway.

Nice place close to beach
We stayed in unit 2 which was ideal for the two children as they could play on the grassed area in front of the front patio. The units were very quiet most of the time. The street was quiet too. The beach was easily accessed.

Large apartments. However this apartment was a little tired. It needed some refurbishments.Quite excellent location. Sunshine beach Noosa and Pergian beaches not far in driving distance. Hotel manager not very welcoming!!!!

Quiet relaxing away from the mad rush
Had read all the reviews so a bit wary of room condition but booked it for its location and overall rating. A phone call to a polite manager before hand confirmed arrival time, and yes I could bring my own coffee machine. On arrival the location spectacular, the grounds spotless and plenty of secure undercover carparking. The manager promptly greeted us, explained keys etc, then left us to enjoy our time. In our apartment, the paint needs refreshing, some water damage on the ceiling smelt a bit musty, and the furniture a bit dated... but... fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms all spotless with toiletries wash powder etc supplied for starters, comfortable beds, and that view. Slide open the large doors onto the spacious balcony and let the ocean breeze flow in. Wonderful soon got rid of the musty smell. Pool and bbq also clean and tidy. A 2 min walk across the road to Sunrise Beach, 12 min beach walk to Sunshine beach for shops & club or 2 min drive. Car needed to see most of Noosa but comparing price & tranquillity to $$$$$ & busy Hastings street, prefer this location and apartment block any day. Will definitely come again.

Huge disappointment.
My husband and I and two sisters arrived to check in at 1 30pm. Had to ring the manager as no one was manning the office. He wasn't very happy as check in was at 2pm. The first thing we noticed was the smell. The sheets were reasonably clean but pillows and bed covers were filthy. Couldn't have a coffee as there was no milk and the cups and cutlery were also filthy. The carpet was dirty and the furniture was broken and dirty. We didn't stay.

Nice appartments right next to the beach.
Well appointed appartments and lovely views. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and to the other walks along the coast line. It is close to Brisbane and it was a perfect getaway for the weekend.We will definitely. Enjoyes the easy be coming back.

Living area was great , plenty of space. However the master bed was the most uncomfortable l had slept in, l moved to the single to try and get some sleep. Couldn't work the air-con in the bedrooms.

Great location for time out
The staff were pleasant and allowed us to check in early. We stayed in the ground floor and had little to no phone reception. The free wifi only works in certain areas of the unit. The unit itself was comfortable and clean, I think there may have been some previous water damage that needs to be addressed. The unit is on the beach however there is no where to walk to for dinner or lunch so you must arrange transportation to and from. Overall it was a nice escape.

Pretty central and good view
Stayed two nights with my partner, lots of space and was very clean. Self servicing kitchen, would have loved some uht milk though and more tea/coffee sachets. Overall very family friendly, quiet and beautiful location.

Nice apartment, big and close to the beach
I booked a holiday for a week in January,with my boyfriend. I was really surprise for be in 2 in an apartment for 4, was really spacius and clean as well. The only this was the antenna cable of the tv that wasn't reach properly and our own phone were low of phone line inside and around that area. In generally is been an amazing holiday and definely we will be back, especially the used of the apartment was perfect for relax.

An absolute embarrassment.
When I first arrived I was welcomed with an owner who was rude. But that was only the start of thing to come. When I opened the door to the apartment I was given a room that was dirty, frying pans that hadn't been washed from the previous occupant, range hood would work, couldn't use the dryer because the sliding door infront wouldn't slide and a used ear bud in the bathroom bin!! I obviously was not happy and complained to management and demanded my money back.

Not what we expected!
Booked through Expedia, manager at the office tried to tell me I hadn't paid and wouldn't listen when I said it had already been paid for. Got to our room and was very disappointed. This apartment was meant to be 4 1/2 stars but I'd rate it a 3. The carpet was old and stained, the toilet was dirty, the lounge was dirty and stained and the walls were filthy with marks and countless cobwebs. It was in a nice location being across the road from the beach but i wouldn't stay there again.

Nasty reception at check-in. Uncomfortable dealing with the manager both before, during and after our stay. Rooms were visibly clean but smelled a little less so. Not sure I'd recommend staying here to be honest. It's close to Sunshine Beach but I don't think that the unpleasant staff or facilities are worth it.
