It was a very pleasant stay. Facilities were good and location close to the centre of town which was really convenient. Unfortunately the beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up (!) The bed situation will see me look for an alternative in the future.

I booked three rooms and was travelling with a 82 and a 84 year old disabled person. When the 82 year old went to reception asking why there were no car parks in front of one of our rooms she was spoken to very rudely by the manager. I then went to speak to him and he said and I will quote him exactly "you can take your money and get out". The website clearly states car parking available and it was a lie. There are 40 rooms and only 23 car spots. Do not stay here because the manager does not care about his guests and the parking is not included. It's a fight to get a car spot and bad luck if you have an elderly disabled person - before I made the booking I rang and confirmed we could have ground floor rooms and also that there would be a car park in front of the room. They lied about the car parking.

The room was clean and tidy, a bit hot in the bedrooms as only rely on the air conditioner in the living room. The motel is very close to shops.

The hotel manager was terrible, he has put up a false allegation on my 2 year kid for tearing the curtain. The materials of those curtain are very strong and to tear it off by a 2 year kid is impossible . When I asked the manager to show me the footage he gave up the matter .he kept asking me to apologise I said to him I won’t apologise until the allegation is valid . This is not the way to serve your client. His attitude and reaction to me was awful and threatening .

Hi Rishi, as was discussed on the day, we can see that the curtains were torn while you were staying in the room. You also checked out of the room very late and left the room in a very dirty state, with no care shown toward the property whatsoever. It took a team of cleaners to clean the room, which could have incurred a cleaning charge. Commodore Team

Clean and central
Very clean premises, no traffic noise at night. The Albury hotel down the road has great food and is within walking distance. We arrived after reception was closed however they called and sent detailed text about how to access room. I left before reception opened so didn’t deal with anyone first hand, however all instructions were straightforward and thorough. Centrally located.

Very happy with my stay. Staff were excellent. Thought it was value for money. Great location. If i had to pick something out that could be improved, it would be the rear near the club access gate could be cleaned up a bit on both sides. This didn't bother me,` but it would be an improvement that would help.

Noisy sunday morning.
The room had recently been refurbished but looked ike they forgot to paint the walls. Kig bed was was comfy new bathroom. 5am on a sunday morning is a bit early for the skip bins to be emptied then at 7am the church bells start to chime then every hour after that. Went to Elms cafe foe a beautiful breakfast and coffee.

The room was overall nice. The reception people (man and woman) weren't very nice and bordering on strange. It says on the website the hotel has free laundry facilities on site to use and when I asked, the lady rolled her eyes and said "he wants to use the laundry" in an angry tone to the man and rolled her eyes. It all seemed like too much trouble to open a door. I just find it pathetic really.. I am paying to stay in the place so you can just bloody open it and be grateful for the business. Will not stay again. Wierdo vibe. 🤔👎👎
