It doesn't happen very often, but we are only human and not infallible.We did try to contact you to when we discovered the error, and we waited up late to try to speak to you when you returned. We gave the correct key to your colleague, which was all we could do. In the morning I asked you if everything was OK and you declined to tell me about your fruits and cola, depriving me of the opportunity to make amends.

With regards to the shuttle service I have copied and pasted the information directly from our website which has been current for 9 years now.MOTEL TO AIRPORTSHUTTLE SERVICE Airport Clayfield Motel offers a free of charge airport drop off shuttle service (excluding public holidays).The service runs daily from 6:45am to 9:45am (excl public holidays) to drop guests to the Domestic and International airport terminals.This service can be reserved upon check in, or if arriving after hours, in advance.Our Shuttle does not take Surf Boards, Bikes, Golf Clubs or Ski Bags (basically anything other than suitcases and hand luggage).
