Thanks for your feedback Steve. As we said when we refunded you the ongoing rains ans subsequent flooding that was affecting the whole of Tasmania is what caused the excessive condensation. We are pleased to say that all is well now and the cottage is not suffering from a rising damp problem. We hope you were able to enjoy the remainder of your holiday despite the inclement weather.

Thanks Anne. Beds are tricky because they're so subjective, so we chose Sleepmaker's top of the hotel range and in most cases we satisfy one party. We're delighted you enjoyed everything else and thank you for the hand towel note, were renovating the bathroom in the winter of 2016 and will address this at that time. Hope to see you again.
