It is a small,10 room motel,but it is very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a $15 continental breakfast which you can buy at reception.There is a microwave and a toaster. Walking distance to The Cecil Hotel which have yummy huge meals,there is also take away nearby KFC is over the road,also. Would recommend staying at this property 👌

Good Service, Good Presentation However extremely poor wifi connection. Also the bathroom had a bad smell. Shower water pressure was poor

What an incredible clean beautiful motel. The owners were amazing and even offered to take some of the wedding guest to the venue. That’s what I call service. Very highly recommend this place.

Lovely stay, just for one night. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was really comfy, air conditioning worked a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay
A pleasing place to stay in Casino ... especially if you are after a Q run! The manager is friendly and helpful and the motel was spotless. Easy to find and several good eating spots nearby. Well worth a visit.

Close to town.
Comfortable and quiet and close to town. Could walk to the club for dinner. For one night it was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend that you bring your own pillows as the pillows are high and hard. We did bring our own so we were ok. I would recommend that you book directly with the motel and not through Wotif as it is $20 more through Wotif. If you need crockery and cutlery, just ask at reception.

Great for business stays
Really helpful owners as I needed my room early for a video meeting, and it was no problem. They have tools to defrost your windows, and couldn't be more friendly. Very comfortable room, with electric blankets, plunger coffee and plenty o space.

Very clean! :) Rooms have been well maintained for a comfortable stay. Air-conditioned! :) Felt very boutique, warm and cosy... which meant it didnt have that sterile motel feel... made for a more comfy stay.

Nice and tidy room. close to shops. The only downside is the traffic noise as it is on the main road

The first thing I noticed was the clean smell of the room. The owners were welcoming, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. All in all it was a great place to stay and I will definitely return.

Very friendly check-in person, location was central to lots of food outlets. The room was so clean and comfortable, everything you needed was there. Lots of hanging hooks in the bathroom. Had Netflix and Kayo, a microwave, toaster, jug and mini bar options if you required them. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this establishment.

Immaculate- home away from home
Trudy and Peter at Squatters Homestead Motel make your stay feel so welcome and the accommodation is comfortable and immaculate. We would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the area. It’s central and everything you need is walking distance. Had a fabulous stay here.

Nice looking place on the outside. When we went into our room stunk of big spray and smoke. Went to have a shower are there was a massive ball of hair on the drain. Then when I woke up there was a massive cockroach at my feet. Not worth the money and never there staying again.

Peter and Trudy who own and operate the motel make you feel very welcome. They have a good old fashion sense of hospitality. There motel is very clean and the room i stayed in was comfortable. Whilst they do not have a restaurant they can provide a good selection of ceral breakfasts at a very reasonable price. Overall the motel is good value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending the motel or staying there again when I am next in Casino

OK for an overnight stay
Owners friendly an welcoming, rooms were comfortable enough but rather dated. Location was great and within walking distance of everything you need.
