Great location, easy driving distance to areas we wanted to visit. Clean and tidy with carpark outside room which is a must when travelling with little kids and all their gear. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Would stay again.

Good size comfortable room. Internet service was consistently inconsistent. No grab bars in tub/shower, slippery condx. On a hill so a bit difficult reaching the stairs, but then just about ALL of Hobart is hilly!

Staff was very helpful, we had a late check in, no issues. Room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Close to the city center. Highly recommended.

Very uncomfortable bed, we both have come away with sore necks even days later. Couldn’t lock door handle from inside, only way was via the chain, didn’t feel safe leaving valuables there when we went out. Walls super thin, could hear everything from rooms next door and outside, sounded like they were in our room. Very bad lighting in the main bed/dining. Location was good, close to strip of food shops. Bathroom had a sky light so nice and bright. Staff nice enough.

Loved staying here - staff go out of there way to help you. Bed was super comfy and great proximity to North Hobart strip and the city. Absolutely will stay again! If you stay here check out Queens Head pub - great meals for very reasonable prices.

The hotel is across the road from the North Hobart Oval which is very convenient when visiting for sport. Hotel was very clean and quiet. A walk in to Hobart waterfront is a bit over 2km which is not too far. There are a few shops in the area which is a small walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to leave our bags as we arrived early. Would definitely stay again!

The Argyle Motor Lodge is my favourite place to stay in Hobart. It offers affordable and comfortable accommodation that is clean, safe and close to the CBD. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience!
