Quiet and Secluded high rise apartment.
Great Sunrise views over River. Big windows and balcony. Truly self Contained. Secured car park. Great WiFi, TV and hot water showers. Very spacious.

The location was good, however there was a bad smell in the bathroom and it was very noisy in the apartment- I don't think there's much insulation in the walls. I also didn't like having to put the bin out at the end of my stay.

Good stay close to Brisbane CBD
Initially had difficulty finding reception and somewhere to park (legally) before check-in. Apartment was a good size and wee-appointed and my allotted car park was big enough for my large SUV. I did not know the rooms were not serviced daily and we did not have any for the six nights we stayed. Bathroom was not very clean and but the rest of the apartment was ok. Given the price, free carpark and great location adjacent to the Brisbane CBD, I still think the apartment was value for money. I would have paid a bit extra to have our apartment serviced daily.

It appears to be an old time share resort that has been sold off as individual units and hotel accommodation , has all of the things you need and underground secure parking a bonus. Not really central to any eating establishments -approx 10-15 minute walk. The sun shades don't function well and expect full sunlight in the bed room and lounge around 4.30 am . Air conditioning totally useless as once building heats up with direct sun and limited deflection took over 5 hours to drop 6 degrees ( with two in operation ) . Needs a clock or oven / microwave that displays time

Bad experience
I would not recommend staying at this place, the office is very unorganised, the office is very messy, they didn’t know where our keys where to our room, tried to make us pay for the room on arrival when we had already paid online when booking the accommodation, we were told to enter using the carport lift even though we had no car, we found out when we went to go out to find dinner that we could have just been let in by the gates next to the reception window. The room was very dirty, carpets need a good clean as they are stained, the bathroom has mould and soap scum everywhere. There are layers of dust and mould where the washing machine and dryer is. I would never go back to this place again. I wish I read reviews before booking.

Location good.
Location was good but the condition of the apartment let it down. The apartment needed a good clean there was dust on the ceiling fans the TV remotes needed new batteries, there was rubbish left in 2 of the bedroom wardrobes. The couch had beer bottle caps and food crumbs between the seats cushions. The office staff were very helpful when we needed assistance.

Disappointing the appartments are dirty with no change under new owners (we gave them benefit of the doubt after a visit a month ago. It's a shame because they are well located. Moved the lounge suite to find food and rubbish under, also thick dust over almost all surfaces. We brought our own to-wells this time because theirs are worn out, no shampoo or conditioner in the room, on calling for some we were given shampoo but no conditioner with the excuse that the supplier was out of it???? I walked down the road and bought some.. not sure why they couldn't do that. Carpets are filthy tiles are filthy very very disappointing, I'd wager they have never stayed in the apartments they rent out. as I said shame because the building is nice and well located but rooms are neglected, cleaning is neglected and attention to detail non existent.

Great location and lots of room for our family, but the apartment was in terrible condition. It was really dirty when we arrived. We are not at all fussy travellers, but plates/bowls were dirty, the oven still had the previous peoples leftovers in it, the bathrooms were really dirty, stains all over cushions on the couches, bed linen was dirty. We rang reception and they came and checked it out and then spent an hour cleaning it for us - which was lovely - but we paid a lot of money to stay here, so we shouldn't have had to do that! Also a lot of things in the apartment were broken - some of the blinds on the windows had at some stage been ripped off their rollers and had disappeared, so when we went to put the kids in bed there were not full window coverings in the bedrooms meaning they were up really early as it was light at 4:30! Also lots of light bulbs didn't work, some window latches were missing/broken, light switches were broken, there were bare picture hooks on the walls where pictures had obviously previously hung - pretty bad when we were paying $350 a night! We talked to the woman in charge who seemed apologetic and said she would talk to management and there would probably be some refund - but that was six weeks ago and we still haven't heard back.

Room for improvement
The hotel was great everything we needed but the cleanliness let it down. The bathrooms needed a good clean.

Nice view but disappointing apartment
Nice sized unit with a view of the river however mould in the grout in the bathroom, basin plughole black with mould, oven filthy causing smoke to engulf unit and set off smoke alarms, iron absolutely useless, veranda floor too dirty to walk on without shoes, bulbs in lamps not working, no trolley in car park to assist taking belongings to room therefore took 3 trips for the 2 of us to take our gear upstairs and no remote for the television (staff knew this however wasn't addressed before we took up occupancy or during our stay). Overall cleanliness and fit out of unit sub standard.

Close to city if you take ferry
Only stayed 2 nights in Brisbane apartments were excellent roomy comfortable great valve for the money .greats views of the city/river .ferry only 5 mins away in to city was free .but only one member of staff was very rude unhelpful didn't make you feel welcome .other staff was lovely on the day we left

OK, BUT.....
Clean apartment HOWEVER 1) Nowhere to park while you go to reception for check-in 2) There is a rude note attached to the kitched indicating you WILL be CHARGED if you a) no not take the garbage out to the basement, and b) do not put the dishes in the washing machine on checkout... Where is the SERVICE is SERVICED apartment? 3) Reception opens at 9AM, there is no written instruction on checking out "early" furthermore, the key drop box is hidden in an obscure corner, not clearly signposted 4) NO SOAP was present, just ONE SATCHEL of body wash. I guess they will charge you for not taking the garbage out on checkout but don't expect you to be able to wash your hands after going to the toilet. Good Luck juggling the garbage bags with your luggage as you head to the basement, then try to work out how to checkout anytime fore 9AM.....

Great location
Close to the action with a lovely clean apartment to base yourself from and the Brisbane river and story Bridge just at your finger tips, it was the perfect place to stay! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

Great room size with amazing views.
Great location, nice quiet streets. Appartment was great size, bathrooms do need some upgrades. Overall love staying there it's my go to every time I visit Brisbane.

Nice place
The hotel was great the room was slightly run down, the beds were a little worse for ware however the unit itself was large and tended to all our needs. Was a nice holiday for a group of people.

It is great place to stay EXCEPT!
Very clean and beautiful Only let down is Pay to stay, pay for service of staying then being threatened with a sign in the kitchen basically saying if you do not throw your rubbish ( no rubbish bin provided in kitchen mind you) in the rubbish bin in car park AND if you do not wash all your dishes and cups you will be charged extra!!! What am I paying for again? Serviced apartment I thought!

Great location
Great place to stay with the location central to the CBD and other places of interest. My daughter was in the Royal Brisbane Hospital and was only a 5-7 minute drive. The bed is comfortable, great balcony, lovely place to sit and enjoy the evenings. Great kitchen - cooked a lovely roast. Nice bathroom and good shower although the shower tiles could do with a scrub. There is a bit of road noise with early morning and late afternoon traffic but nothing unbearable. Small details could make this a great apartment but I would still stay there again regardless.

Worst hotel management and cleanliness - AVOID
This would have to be the worst experience I have EVER had in my life at a hotel. It started off with arriving at 3pm on Saturday 24th September River Fire, and reception was closed. I had to buzz a buzzer to after hours which took forever to answer and when they did they couldn't find my booking so I was told to wait for management to come down… 20 minuets later they arrived, checked in fine. When I opened the door to the apartment it was pitch black as all the blindes were closed when I walked into the bedroom to put our bags away i noticed the bed hadn't been made from the last guest let alone sheets changed, there were wet towels all over the bathroom floor. fired poridgr oats all over the kitchen floor. I went to call reception off the room phone however it was broken so I called the hotel and went to after hours. explained the situation and they said hold while we contact management. They said they will organise a cleaner to come and clean the room so I asked to be moved to a new room, we were told to go to reception where we met Amy the hotel manger. She was not apologetic at all and said we can stay in another room however we have to pay extra for the night. I said to her that we shouldn't have to pay extra as it is now 4pm and its their stuff up. she said well wait for it to be cleaned. I explained we had reservations for a function at 5pm. She was rude as anything saying the cleaners are very busy and didn't have the room done. she eventually gave us the new room

Nice apartment close to the city.
We stayed in unit 64 and it was very nice. We were grateful for a large table that seated 6 and for the ample amount of silverware. Often we'll stay in places with enough beds for the 6 of us in our family, but they lack enough of everything else. It was nice to all sit at the table together. It was very comfortable and clean, however the white couch shedded terribly and soon the floor was covered with white flakes. We LOVED all the seating outside on the balcony. It was wonderful to watch the sun rise cuddled on the couch. We were grateful for the shades, but the sun still lit up the apartment at 5:30, so it was a good thing we weren't planning on sleeping in. A great apartment and I would stay there again.

Amazing vacation apartment!!
Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights with family. It was amazing. Short walk to Story Bridge area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was huge, comfy and really clean and modern. Comfy couches, stainless steel appliances, felt like a modern condo. Only downside was no wi-fi internet but we had a vodafone hotspot ($50 for the hotspot plus 4Gb of data) so all good. I highly recommend staying here.

Dirty and no free wifi
Blankets were very dirty!! Only provided 1 Gb of data for wifi while we were in a 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people for three days. 1 Gb for three days 6 people, seriously? Also, only three devices can be connected at once.

2nd business stay in a month
This was my second stay here in a month or so. Great apartment, good views,secure parking....fully self contained and with everything required. It was the small attention to detail things which prevented me from giving it a 100% rating. Both times, there was dishwater/dishwashing powder, but no laundry powder. Both bathroom taps had the aerator on them, which sprays water if you turn it more than just a trickle....,very hard to shave with or do anything useful unless you use the kitchen tap and sink. Otherwise the unit was very clean, extremely well located and with good amenities. On this occasion. The foxtel didn't work!
