Great location and lots of room for our family, but the apartment was in terrible condition. It was really dirty when we arrived. We are not at all fussy travellers, but plates/bowls were dirty, the oven still had the previous peoples leftovers in it, the bathrooms were really dirty, stains all over cushions on the couches, bed linen was dirty. We rang reception and they came and checked it out and then spent an hour cleaning it for us - which was lovely - but we paid a lot of money to stay here, so we shouldn't have had to do that! Also a lot of things in the apartment were broken - some of the blinds on the windows had at some stage been ripped off their rollers and had disappeared, so when we went to put the kids in bed there were not full window coverings in the bedrooms meaning they were up really early as it was light at 4:30! Also lots of light bulbs didn't work, some window latches were missing/broken, light switches were broken, there were bare picture hooks on the walls where pictures had obviously previously hung - pretty bad when we were paying $350 a night! We talked to the woman in charge who seemed apologetic and said she would talk to management and there would probably be some refund - but that was six weeks ago and we still haven't heard back.
