Unfortunately, you did not understand that we needed to collect payment from the guest on arrival. This was clearly stated in your booking confirmation. We always wait until the guest arrives before taking payment ( unlike the larger hotels who automatically take payment before you arrive) because often they prefer a different payment option, such as cash or savings. You simply had to confirm that the payment was to be made from the card supplied with the booking as it was in a different name to the guest. .

Thank you Anonymous. Shame you could not put your name to your review so that we could address you by name. . Yes, we are an older motel, but we make sure that the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want modern I suggest you stay in a 5 star hotel and pay accordingly. Most of our guests are return clients who we value greatly.
