Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. Glad to hear you were happy with location and friendly staff. Sorry to hear about the rest. The air con pumps have very recently been serviced and we have asked them to come back in and check for what the noise could be, the room being dated we completely understand, new owners purchased the hotel as is in July 2017 and as you can imagine is a long process renovation 30 rooms, we have been doing it in stages and hope to have all the room complete this winter. New beds, and linen have been purchased and the exterior painted and the pool updated. Thank you and hope this helps with your questions
