My bed was fithy, I was supposed to have two double beds and only had one. The chair in the room was fithy and I had to spend extra money on air mattresses, due to the fact it was late when i purchased the air mattresses I didn't realize the pump needed batteries and it was to late to go back out my family slept on the floor.

Pleasant stay
My stay here was pleasant for the most part. The parking garage however was scary if you needed to park a vehicle smaller than a truck. The entrance s for cars are narrow AF!! I could see skid marks on the walls clearly where cars have scraped the walls.

We were able to check in an hour early which was great. The condo was beautiful! Lots of new upgrades but one thing-the ac didn’t work. 77 degrees in there was not good. We brought a fan with us which helped but not much. I made several calls, texted and emailed to try to get someone in that evening. Unfortunately, we were not contacted til the next day. They moved us to a different condo in the building which did have ac but needed some upgrades. Not the rental company’s fault. Overall it was a good getaway for me and my husband after cancelling our April vacay due to the Covid-19. One more thing-no one told us the pool was closed!

16th Floor with ocean front view was AWESOME!!! Really like the garage , gives a sense of safety at night.

I did not like having to wait past check in time for my condo after making the 10 hr drive and leaving at a specific time so i would be on time to arrive at check in . I did not get the condo i booked and It was not cleaned. After having to wait a day to get it resolved i did get the condo i paid for .The remainder of my stay was pretty good after that .

Disappointed.
Zero room service, was given 4 towels for a 7 day stay. Over priced for the area and had to drive to a completely different area 15 mins away to pick up and drop off the keys. Sauna wasn’t hot enough to sweat in which was one of the reasons I booked.. the sauna! Not having clean towels every day felt like I was at home doing laundry! Not much of a vacation. Will not book again. And there was hair in the tub when I got there which I clean up because there’s literally no room service to call!

Awesome location right across the beach, nice indoor and outdoor pool too! The room was very clean and great condition! Definitely would stay there again.

I did not get the room I paid for. I should have had a room with two queen beds. I was put in a room with a king size bed and only offered a blow up mattress for the inconvenience. The cable and wifi was horrible.

Thank you for your review. With the WIFI this is controlled by the building itself and we have no control over it. We have contacted the building to inform them about this. With the bedding we do ask all guest to call and confirm the rooms and what type of bedding. Thank you

Thought it was a great deal at first, but the property fee doubled the cost of the room. Definitely were surprised when we saw the charge hit our credit card bill.

Small for a room for 6
Parking garage is terrible,narrow and dangerous. The room said it is up To 6 guests . The room was too small for 6 . The view of the room is basically the best part.

Amazing views, relaxing location!
Amazing! Great, quiet location. Amazing views. Huge balcony. Nice sized bathroom with an additional sink. Kitchenette with fill size fridge, small stove, small dishwasher, microwave, fully stocked dishes, utensils, pots, small kitchen appliances. Mattresses need updated for sure. Highly recommend for families! Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi. Off the highly populated tourist area. Parking. Not much for SUVs and trucks, they don't fit in the structure. It's hot in July, FYI.

Wonderful view disgusting cleaning crew.
Owner of condo needs to be made aware of the pathetic excuse this property uses for cleaning. Floors clearly hadn't been mopped or swept in quite some time. Hairs left in trash cans and sinks in bathroom and bedroom.

Relaxing location
This resort is in a nice location however their is not a front desk or staff to assist with your stay at all. The rooms were just ok for us but the view was amazing!

I would give this hotel , one star! The room was old , not clean and what surprised me the most was that the front desk reps were located about two miles away at a different location. So if you needed something you'll have to call the other location if you needed towels, sheets etc then they'll page the house keepers to bring what we needed. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is right off the beach. This hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible.

Location was wonderful, condo was filthy! Obviously the cleaning company has not been in the unit in months to thoroughly clean. Such a shame, the location give us some comfort at least.

Nice Hotel
My family and I had a great vacation. Everything went perfect, we were able to check in early. Debra at the Front Desk was extremely friendly and helpful, best customer service I've had in years. The hotel room was cleaned and we loved the hotel view. Overall, a great place to stay!!

We Loved It!
We went on a Friday and stayed until Tuesday. Being able to book a partial week was a plus in itself. We stayed in unit 1912 of Ocean Forest Plaza, and enjoyed every minute! The view was absolutely spectacular!! Our three year old granddaughter and I slept on the sleep sofa, and my husband discovered that the reclining lounge chair was even more comfortable than the sofa! It reclined all the back. Waking up was like being greeted by the ocean. It was right there! Two teenage girls got the bedroom with the king size bed, because they went to bed late and slept late, and we felt they needed their privacy. They loved it, as well! This unit was very nicely decorated, and it was very comfortable! We took food with us and cooked for breakfast and lunch and most dinners. We did go to Hamburger Joe's on our last evening. That's a tradition for us. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Excellent place to stay, Excellent ocean view
Excellent ocean view, great parking, very clean pool, this has to be the best place I have ever stayed at. The ocean was a stones throw away. Great places to eat, and the people were so very friendly. I would go back many times.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, inside and outside pools were nice. Good neighborhood. Only complaint was we booked a room with a king sized and double bed and we got 2 double beds instead so there was not enough space for us to sleep.

Close to the beach!
Was not happy with the room. Was not the cleanest... Toilet kept running day and night after flushing! Only utensil I could find was a spatula. Was told linens and towels were provided but yet there were only 3 towels for the week... No linens for the sleeper sofa bed that was covered in plastic. Very musky smelling.. No remote to the bedroom television. Parking was AWFUL! We got a towing notice not to park in the back lot because it was for full size vehicles (we had a mini van with 5 kids in tow!)... We could barely get in thru the very (I do mean very!!) narrow places in the parking "garage" area! I contacted Palmetto Vacation Rental the night we arrived about the linens and asked to be moved to a room with 2 beds instead of 1 since we were told linens were provided and we didn't exactly pack sheets.... Absolutely no response!!! But before the trip they emailed very promptly! ... We will never stay here again unless it's the only place available!

Great location with AMAZING views!
Booked this hotel for a spur of the moment weekend get away. I was concerned about the check-in time ending at 5:30 since we were going to arrive later than that. I called and they made arrangements and gave me a code to a lock box with the keys to our room. When we got to our room, the door had a dead bolt that was locked and that our keys would not work it, so I had to call maintenance. I was getting frustrated because after traveling I just wanted to get in my room. After a little while, they were able to get us another room that had a lock box with keys to the room located on the door. I felt like we got a little "upgrade" from the 9th floor to the 22nd floor. The room was nice for my family of 4. The view from the balcony was amazing! We Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and especially Enjoyed the hot tub! Great location! The only part we didn't like was the pillows were not the best but that's the only complaint. Nice place. Great vacation!

Nice condo, very close to the beach
Overall this was a nice condo. It was small but was clean for the most part. The indoor pool was nice but it was too cool out for the outdoor pool. The view was amazing and we were super close to the beach so that was great. Don't expect to be able to walk to the boardwalk unless you are ready to walk for about ten miles there and back. Other than that the location was fantastic. This hotel was a great deal for the price that I paid and I would recommend it to anyone as long as they went into it with their eyes open and did their research first.

Nightmare/dissapointing.
I defenetely not recommend this to a friend and nobody else. It was terrible. It smelled line duty clothes mixed with smoke.( which it was suppose to be nonsmoking room. Door locks felt unsafe, of course we were not going to stay there. My wife was so dissapointed. She was crying because it didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. Went to the office to complain and get a refund or something, the guy there was rude tried to raise his voice. Saying why we hadn't call them before. He said someone was going I call us an hour later, no one called, I called next day, said the same thing over and over until our last day in myrtle beach. I called again yet transferred me to different people until someone just said sorry we can't do anything about you should called us before. (Thanks for trying to ruin our honeymoon). In contrast I defenetely recommend Fairfield by Marriot hotel with free continental breakfast and for about the same money.

Terrible experience that I hope to avoid in future
First it was advertised by Expedia as a hotel at $39 a night special. Turned out to be a condo rented by an off site agency. Charged $221 dollars up front and unrefundable for two nights due to taxes and fees. Ended up getting stuck with an additional $100 fee for pre-existing damage because I did not do a proper walk through. This was a terrible experience, and after more than 10 years of using Expedia, I will never use them again.

Parking garage is absolutely dangerous. The room had a terrible odor. Cigarette smoke among other things. Old, dirty furniture. Checked out one hour after checking in. Would not stay there!

Be Aware of hidden Fee's
Decided to stay a few extra days as I was staying in North Myrtle beach. So I went online and booked. When I arrived they wouldn't give me the keys to the room until I paid an addational $120.00 Cleaning Fee. The room was through Palomino Realty so be aware. In that same amount of time there were 3 other people who also were upset about this that came in. I was just going to leave but they said that if I did then I wouldn't get my money refunded. So off to a bad start the room was ok but not great, for sure not the cleaniest. There was a bar on the 7th floor so had to watch the kids because the place was always full of drunk people. The pool was dirty didn't even swim. They actually closed it because somthing must of been wrong with the water. Overall I would of just went home. I now have a complaint filed online and working with them to get my 120$ back mainly due to principle that it wasn't in their fees but it was in the description of the hotel. Thats why the price of the hotle looks cheaper then the other hotels that include the full price. I would not recommend them at all I would defiently look for a diffrent place as there is better and cheaper options in Norh Myrtle beach.
