Property was clean, we stayed in a luxury tent and owners went above and beyond to make us feel more than comfortable. They thought about every little detail- heater, heated blankets, usb ports for chargers, rechargeable light, wood for the campfire... Toilets and showers were clean, kitchen was well equipped and clean. I would happily go back.

We had a wonderful time! This was the ultimate glamping experience! With the campfire to sit around at night and a well-stocked camp kitchen that included a great coffee machine and kids games, you couldn’t ask for anything else. The marshmallows upon arrival were a lovely touch!

The tent was beautifully appointed, beds even with electric blankets! The open fire option with wood and firefighters, and comfy chairs around the fire pit, such a lovely surprise and the marshmallows to roast a real treat. The whole property was immaculately kept and the bush setting perfect.

Good value for money
We spent 4 nights at the bush camp using it as a base for visits around the area. We were in the cabins which are basic, but well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. There are bbq facilities and we also made a small camp-fire - all very cozy. Not luxurious but has the basic things and offers very good value for money.

We were met with a friendly smile. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay from electric blankets right down to marshmallows for the individual campfire. Even a coffee machine. We had a relaxing afternoon looking out to the bush from our reclining chairs in our tent. So peaceful

Nice quiet location. Bedroom was a bit chilly as only the living area was heated but the electric blanket helped enough equipment to cook dinner.

Mini stopover
Nice quaint cabin in the middle of the bush. It had glamping spots but didn’t get to try it. Cabin is clean and complete with kitchen utensils with a bunk bed separate from the main room. Accommodation is close to a few hikes around the area.

Like most things in Zeehan, the cabin was unfortunately quite run down and not very clean from the previous occupants and things are in poor shape. In the midst of a Covid pandemic, the need to clean the shower, plates and cooking utensils before use was surprising. Only 91 unleaded and diesel is available in the town, so if you drive a car needing premium fuel you are out of luck and facing a 44 kilometre (one way) drive just to get it. The campsites seem ok, and having only recently reopened I’m sure things will progressively improve over time.

What an amazing experience to our very first glamping and I am glad that we chose Zeehan bush Camp. I can definitely say there was some serious thought process went behind the whole setup which made our experience so memorable. Every minute necessity were taken care of for customer like bug spray, bug resistant lotion, board games, kids book.. ( list goes on :) ). Keep up the good work guys. can’t wait to visit again

Fantastic 10/10.
Can't recommend highly enough. First time 'glamping' so wasn't sure what to expect. Exceeded expectations. Spacious rooms, comfortable warm beds, excellent kitchen facilities. Camp fire with wood supplied. And friendly knowledgeable staff. Great value also.

Great base to explore the West Coast
There isn’t much left in Zeehan but it’s a great gateway to the area and it’s wilderness. Zeehan Bush Camps seems to be the best and nicest option around. We were in one of their glamping tents which was extremely comfortable. Given the rain we had it was also very waterproof. The tent had great beds and was tastefully decorated. Also came with all the trapping for a campfire including marshmallows. The bathrooms were close by and functional but if I had to pick a fault the showers were small. We didn’t encounter any noise from neighbouring campsites as they were spaced to be private. It also included access to a camp kitchen which included a private fridge per tent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and clearly care about the place. And yes, despite the remoteness, full 4G mobile and wifi onsite.

Glamping with everything you could think of. They have thought about all the small details, including marshmallows for the camp fire, to make the stay perfect! Real coffee in the glampers lounge, personal fridge in the camp kitchen to keep things cold, lights, heaters, electric blankets, torch etc. All amenities are well thought out.

Comfy Stay in Zeehan
Had a very enjoyable stay in one of the cabins. Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable with the area and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and places of interest to visit. Cabin was comfortable and had enough amenities for cooking and laundry. Perfect stay to get to Strahan, Queenstown, Rosebery or Cradle Mountain.
