Thankyou for your review Noel. I will look at the bed with should be in good condition. We have had a hot dry summer which hasn't been kind to our gardens and as we are under new ownership we will look into watering systems as we settle in.

Kevin your booking was exactly as you booked. You booked only one room but requested two rooms side by side. We messaged you as soon as we got your request. You were advised to book another room if you needed 2 rooms. However, you did not respond to that message. When you arrived, you realised it was an error on your part. You paid for the second room and we gave you 2 adjoining rooms. I simply don't understand the reason for this review. When guests book via third parties we don't have a say in how many rooms you are booking. If you've made an error, all we can do is make you aware of it and do our best to accomodate your request once the error is picked/fixed by you.Stay safe.

Scott all guests get a welcome email once they book with us. Our kitchen services are clearly outlined in that email and so is the pre ordering process. Glad you were still able to order the meal despite us being fully booked in the kitchen that night.Stay safe.Regards

John I regret that your room did not have an extension power board to match that outlet. Had you made me aware of it, I could have supplied you one as we have multiple spare extension boards for these type of power outlets.Again, had I been made aware of the jug issue, I could have given you a replacement.All guests have our contact numbers for issues such as these.
