관광지가 밀집되어 있는 까딸루나 광장에서는 멀지만, 컨벤션 센터와는 2km 거리, H16번 버스를 잘 타고 다니면 문제없을 듯... 공항에서 T-10을 준비하세요. 컨시어지가 오전 10시에서 오후 7시까지 운영/ 주말에서는 운영하지 않음 이외 시간에 체크인 시 추가 요금 부담 등은 매우 불편 룸 클리닝이 유료이며 또한 전날 신청해야 다음날 서비스를 받을 수 있음. 대부분의 서비스가 유료이므로 예약시 이점 유념하면 좋을 듯...

Dear Guest, thank you for your comments. As described you have booked a self-catering apartment, which means that concierge & office support is available Mon-Fri / 10am-7pm. In case of emergency we provide an emergency number which is available 24h/7d. Of course the experience of a self-catering apartment is different than the one of an hotel with a 24h reception. But we are sure that you have also experienced a very spacious apartment. Our building is located in a very trendy area with a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and bars. It is out of the rush of the tourist area, but all main attractions are reachable in 15/20 min.by metro. Of course in our apartments you can enjoy the proximity of a fantastic beach of Barcelona. Nice apartment in Barcelona
Apartaments are located perfectly in Poblenou, where you have hundreds of great shops and awesome restaurants. It is also 5min walk to the beach, which was very convenient too. An hour walk to Sagrada Familia (if you like walking :)) but you can also take a metro, which is about 10min walk. Location is a highlight and its the reason why we would definitely come back, despite some disadvantages. I think the apartment should have been cleaned a bit better and some equipment in the kitchen need a replacement (like frying pans). But the bed was spacious and comportable, and apartment would fit a family 2+2 (we were 2+1) and it was good.

Vi var to voksne og ett barn på seks år. Vi likte godt størrelsen på leiligheten (hadde en med to soverom og to bad, luksus!), og at det ikke var langt til verken stranda eller gågate med restauranter og butikker, men samtidig var det et rolig område. Lite støy fra andre beboere også. Kjempefint med basseng på taket, selv om det var lite. Det eneste som trekker ned, var at det ikke var noe sted å sette bagasje før vi fikk tilgang til leiligheten. Kontoret deres var stengt, selv om det stod på døra at det skulle være åpent. Også en til tider ganske sterk kloakklukt utenfor, som kom og gikk. Men - alt i alt - et kjempefint sted som absolutt anbefales.

Près d’une merveilleuse plage! Très difficile si Check inn est la fds ; tout est électronique et ça prend internet et faire débloquer les courriels a l’extérieur du pays … donc beaucoup de stress et difficultés à rentrer dans le logement . Le système pour entrée dans le bloc par internet , c’est pas l’idée du siècle on doit tout le temps traîner le téléphone et s’assurer qu’il soit chargé si on veut rentrer . Sinon il y a tout ce qu’il faut et climatisation fonctionne parfaitement . Améliorations recommandées : - systeme pour entrer dans l’hôtel - chaises à la piscine - serviettes à la piscine

I really like this property, the apartment is very nice and open. Very well located, close to the beach and one of the ramblas. Far away from La Sagrada or park Guell. I would like to recommending to request very specific instructions on how to get inside of the place, took us forever to find the right front door.

We stayed 3 nights w 2 kids. Pool is a bit smaller but great. Overlooks beach.Indeed 5 min walk to Marbela beach. Beautiful beach, clean, busy, fun. To get to the centre: 10min walk to “Poblenou”metro station and then 10 min on the train and 5 min walk to LaRambla.overall 25-30 min to get to downtown. Close to building is Rambla de Poblenou street with lots of restaurants and small grocery stores. We had fun. Checking in was a bit complicated for us as we didn’t receive the instructions email but after check in they tried hard to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

Vorweggestellt das Positive. Die Lage ist gut, der Strand ist nah, die U-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 10 Min. erreichbar, es befinden sich viele gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Wir waren zu zweit und haben die Unterkunft 5 Tage genutzt. Nachgestellt die Punkte, bei denen Optimierungsdbedarf besteht und die dazu beitragen, dass man den Eindruck hat, dass der abgefragte Preis definitiv nicht mit der Leistung korrespondiert. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig vor dem Abflug die Unterkunft gebucht und bezahlt. Die Kurtaxe und das deposit mussten dann in Barcelona initiiert werden, um die Unterkunftsdetails mitgeteilt zu bekommen. Dies geht nur via handy und gestaltet sich -wie der komplette checkin Prozess- nicht unkompliziert und ist sehr zeitaufwändig. Ist dies gelungen, bekommt man die Adresse und check-in Informationen mitgeteilt, und kann in die Kommunikation mit dem check-in Manager einsteigen. Die lief auch zuerst gut bis der Manager zum verabredeten Termin nicht erschienen ist. Auf telefonisches Nachfragen wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass er keine Zeit gefunden hat. Den Termin hatten wir vereinbart, um das Angebot neuer Handtücher in Anspruch zu nehmen. Zudem hatten wir den Wunsch geäussert einen Bettbezug zu erhalten, da die Bettdecke doch einige Verschmutzungen aufwies. Der Schimmel an den Badezimmerwänden trägt auch nicht zur Steigerung des Wohlbefindens bei. Eher Petitessen sind da das Fehlen des Begrüssungspaketes, der Flurlärm und das abgeriffene handout.

地中海が見えるコンドミニアム
スーパー、レストラン、バス停、駅が近い。アパートタイプで他の人の事を気にする必要がほとんどなく快適。名所へは地下鉄、空港へはバス乗り継ぎの移動がしやすい。タクシーも近くに沢山停まっている。

This place was great, we were there for 2 weeks and the location is perfect for being close to important areas but still quiet at night. The apartment has everything we needed (we cooked food most nights) and the staff was very helpful even coming to let us in on their day off (Sunday). The place has clearly been well used with marks on the walls and floors in the lobby and room but everything was clean. When we come back to Barcelona we will try and stay here again!

Check-in was different (using an app) but was helpful and easy since we had to check-in late. Communication was beyond great and I always felt the front desk was able to take care of the questions I had.

Waste of Money
Check in was hilariously unwelcoming.Mandatory scanning of passports of all family members via my own smartphone! Complicated procedure with downloading an app to smartphone for door opening. Bad indications to find the right entrance and to get in. Small office finally found on a backstreet. Expensive parking space in garage, far from elevator with floor filled with water. Apartment rather worn down - on stove one burner out of order, missing doorknobs on wardrobes and no soap in the refill in the bathroom. No reception and office closed on week ends and no one answering the phone. Definitely not worth the money (€250/night). The area is nice though. Next time we'll pick an other operator in the building.

Nice but lacking some basic equipment
It was good and the staff were helpful. It just lacked in some basic stuff. And we couldn’t Male he chromecast stream Netflix as it didn’t have the same interface. We made do though! Main things missing: The towels were pretty small and didn’t match. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven mitts so we had to use one of our hand towels. Two small toilet rolls and two dishwasher tablets are a bit stingy. The cooking pans are old and need changing and the safe doesn’t work or have clear instructions. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. It was clean enough but there some bits that weren’t “hotel” clean if that makes sense. Would recommend but those changes would make it spot on.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had great natural lighting during the day. The bed was big and comfortable. The apartment is in a great location with a wide variety of shops within a couple minutes walk, the beach was just across the road and the metro station and nightclubs were very close by too.

The apartment was modern and the room looked appealing. However there were a few things that needed attention. When we got there our shower didn’t work. We contacted the reception twice and after a whole day we had to go back into reception where the lady said they have been to fix it. We went back and still hadn’t been fixed. Some repair men came as soon as we came back in evening. The apartment had a nice sea view and had a lot of facilities within the room.

It was my 4 th time in Barcelona so will say that I feel like local :) . Barcelona is amazing city which doesn’t sleep. There are so much things to do and see so I strongly recommend. Our apartment was right what we need for comfortable stay. It is very well equipped inside and is next to beach . Location is very good as at the same time you can see how the local are leaving there also it is only 100 m from beach where you can take a walk to port Olympic or to city center .

Great location
The building itself is in a great location just 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment inside is well equipped and clean Just few problem with the app for the check in, it is quite tricky and got few bugs with apple, I joined on Sunday and had few troubles entering in the building, the whatsapp chat has been helpful. All in all it is definitely an excellent place in Barcelona and I would suggest it.

Nada do acordo foi cumprido. Me cobraram com antecedência sendo que o acordo era eu pagar em espécie ao chegar. Pedi cama extra no pedido e foi cobrado o valor do sinal dando a entender que tudo estava certo mas um dia antes da chegada me avisaram que não tinha esta opção e não aceitaram qualquer negociação e me cobraram no cartão algo que não havia sido autorizado

check in is practically impossible -- requires European phone no bedding provided for sofa bed, because "reservation was for two people and that means a king bed" (I traveled with my son) no bathtub stopper provided "because uses too much water" communication unhelpful, office availability 10-7 on weekdays location very good, apartment comfortable, wifi strong some furniture (sofa bed) old, the rest very nice no regular cleaning, only for extra charge initial cleaning charged additionally, too probably just cultural differences at the start

Dear Vita, thank you for your comment. European phones do not exist... what you need for our Virtual Check-in Service is a common Smartphone. In case our guest prefer a personal check-in is not a problem. We will provide it. You choose the option of the virtual check-in and, in any case, you could access to the apartment very quickly because our check-in agent was waiting for you also if you had the virtual key activated. We are used to host international travellers. For us cultural differences are not a problem. We believe that the nice of our jobs (travelling and hosting) is discover and respect cultural differences. You have booked an apartment with a double bed and you haven't requested the use of the sofa-bed which is an extra bed (for the 3rd and 4th persons). How can we know that you need an extra bed? When you asked for it, we have promptly provided the additional bedding. Maybe it is not due to cultural differences but it is due to the fact that you are used to travel in hotels with "all inclusive and a reception 24h". Thank you for your time in helping us to increase our service level.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la playa, unas cuantas del metro y al lado de una línea de bus. Hay una rambla a dos cuadras, con muchos restoranes. Cómodo el departamento, con aire acondicionado. Baño amplio. No hay tv cable, sólo televisión local lo que no ayuda mucho a un turista extranjero. Wifi sin problemas. Lavadora tiene secadora, muy valioso. El check out es un poco temprano, pero en general es así en Europa. Es importante acordar la hora de llegada al depto ojalá un día antes, aunque ellos se preocupan de contactarte con varios días de anticipación. Vale totalmente el precio.

Buenos días, Gracias por su excelente puntuación, para nosotros es un placer podernos mejorar y considerar vuestra sugerencia para mejorar la estancia de los próximos huéspedes. Una pena que no haya encontrado televisión extranjera porque ya estaba disponible en el apartamento, se puede seleccionar a través del mando. De todo modo le agradecemos una vez mas haber elegido nuestros apartamentos y esperamos tenerle nuestro huésped otra vez en un futuro próximo. Un saludo Lucia
