Go to a different hotel in area
I couldn't remember why I didn't stay there & after staying 3 nights I remembered the rooms are freezing The heaters blow cold air then warm then cold again There's a 1" or better gap under the door any heat goes right under it & out Hairs on the bed, I bought tape to toll up & use to get the hair off There are only sheets on the bed no blankets & it was freezing or below outside all three nights The breakfast was really crap, no fruit or eggs, bacon sausage no cereal just waffles & plain bagels & was out of coffee throughout the day My refrigerator door wouldn't stay shut adding to the cold air already in the room The desk people were great & very attentive and friendly This is the worst hotel in the area & I've stayed at them all

Quality Inn in Caldwell is centrally located; staff were helpful and customer focused. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The mini refrigerator, microwave and extra bar sink were handy. The property can be noisy at times; but things were quiet around 10pm. We would stay there again.

Need lamps and shelves with charging outlets by the bedsides on the far corners (only had a center night stand between the beds). There were three of us so the one sleeping on the outside had no place to set and charge their phone. Also those who wanted to stay up and read could not as there was no lamp just the bright overbed lights.

We had the most excellent room this time we had a wet bar, two beds, quite large room it has been all updated

The old phrase "You get what you pay for". The room was extremely small. The "free" breakfast was so bad, I went to McDonalds. I will spend more money and stay at a different hotel next time.

We’ve stayed at this up facility before and it’s close to my sister and brother-in-law. It’s very clean. Staff is nice. They have a nice continental breakfast.

My wife and I have stayed at this motel when in the area a number of times over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with plenty of electrical outlets and some USB ports to plug in our laptops and charge our devices. The Continental Breakfast is pretty good with a Waffle Maker. The WiFi was updated recently which was ok but not as good as other motels for speed and staying connected.

We stayed in the handicapped room and had water all over the floor from the shower. There were a lot of construction workers staying there at the same time and they were running the halls at night, talking very loudly and cursing outside our door. It ended up being a loud stay with little sleep.

Deb, My apologies for failing to meet your expectations during your stay. We provide extra bath mats for the accessible room because of the walk in shower. Also, our quiet time is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. We remind our guests of this and try to keep noise down to a minimum. We hope to see you again.

The hotel has a back door which is NEVER locked. People can go in and out at will. It has a key card entry system but is not used. I requested the door be locked at least at night but that never happened.

Our policy is to lock the door at 11 p.m. Guests can only gain access by using their key card. I will follow up with staff to make sure that this is being followed. We want every guest to feel safe and secure in their rooms.
