Dear Greta, thanks for your review. We are a budget-centric hotel and we have clearly advertised our accurate breakfast hours everywhere. We also have listed on our general information section that we do not have an elevator since we are only a two story property. We are located in the desert, yes it gets quite dark outside and you came in late during a busy weekend, so yes there is a bit limited parking options at that hour. Thanks again.

We do have decaf coffee available each morning in the breakfast area, also decaf coffee for the rooms. Serving breakfast is not a brand requirement, but we still do as a kind gesture for our esteemed guests. We do live in a small town of 800 people, the streets are hardly busy enough to create a noise nuisance. We are sorry if you had an atypical experience here, but we would love to welcome you back for a second chance to serve you. Hope to see you again soon!
