Dear Guest, Sorry to read the feedback about not happy staying at our property. You had 3 rooms reserved and but wanted to continue with reservation in one room. The onsite manager offered you to cancel the reservations without any penalty. Also, after checking in when you complained about heater, the onsite manager changed your reservation and moved you to different room. Sorry for inconvenience. To make up for your inconvenience, Please mention about this and we will offer you 50% discount on your room rent for 1st night for next stay .Looking forward to seeing you again .Thanks again ~ Regards Patel
