The negatives...
The room we were in was crowded and dated. The shower floor was slippery. The toilet needed a minor repair to be operational.
The positives....
Elizabeth was amazing. She got our booking corrected to a mobility accessible room at no extra charge. The bathroom was roomy, and the towels were soft as clouds. She had the minor repair handled before we got back from supper.
The whole room was spotlessly clean, and the linens were soft and the bed was more comfortable than ours at home.
We haven't stayed at a hotel since before the pandemic, and rarely before then because hotel beds are normally SO uncomfortable. Our beds at Baytown were a delight.
