When I arrived there was no one available to check me in.
There was a man in the lobby who told me that the desk clerk would be back shortly. Upon checking in, I was informed that the dog policy was not what was represented on Expedia. It was double per pet and now charged per night meaning I would have to pay $200 for 2 under 8-pound dogs to stay in my room with me. I ended up paying $100 for my dogs for 4 nights. On previous stays to this hotel, I paid $50 for the entire stay for both dogs.
There is no elevator in the hotel. I was booked on the second floor and had to carry my luggage and dogs up the stairs to the room.
The room was not clean. There was dust on every surface and the bed linens had black hairs when I pulled down the blankets. The bathroom was not clean. There were black hairs in the tub and sink.
The pet area behind the hotel was full of weeds and dog feces. I picked up my dog's poop but was disgusted at the condition of the unmaintained area.
The breakfast provided was great. That is the only nice thing that I had to say about this property.
