Location is convenient. Close to El Tarhar Square, Egyptian museum. We got a room with breathtaking view of Nile. Hotel inside has upscale feel. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The only hotel right on the Nile - our room balcony was literally on the Nile. The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass and we could see Nile on the right side and also straight from bed. We could see the Pyramids at distance.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance from the Egyptian Museum. The room was clean, with great amenities and an awesome view of Cairo’s skyline from our balcony. Reception was most of the time crowded and slow to check in/out, or help with inquiries.

The view from the restaurant and from our hotel room was fabulous. The hotel was in great shape and had excellent AC. Some areas of the hotel looked like it was being renovated (stores?). One elevator wasn’t working and we were in a group of 500 people and not having the third elevator was a problem. Sometimes our room cards didn’t work and we had to go all the way back down to the lobby and stand in a huge line to get new keys

部屋のバルコニーやレストランから見えるナイル川の眺めは大いに気に入りましたが、設備はかなり老朽化していて、特にカードキーが使えなくなって、フロントへ行かなくてはならないことが、2晩の滞在中に3回ありました。フロントとコンシェルジュの対応もあまり感心できませんでした。朝食は初日に案内された地下のビュッフェと2日目の一階のビュッフェで品目数が大いに異なりました。Wi-Fiのスピードは速かったです。

Deplorable at best
Far below a 5 star and the service sporadic. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, concierge and reception staff deplorable. Two weddings on two consecutive nights with music so loud it was deafening, we attempted to change rooms only to be ignored then dismissed. Followed out of the premises as we attempted to leave shouting undecipherable and aggressive language.

The view over Cairo was amazing. Overlooking the Nile to the west I could see the Pyramids of Giza from my balcony. A wonderful complex!

A lovely hotel. Unlike many hotels in the area it has a great variety of guests and many from the Middle East. I got to meet some interesting people. The hotel is predominately dry but only a short walk from the Four Seasons which serves alcohol. Although i would probably stay in a different hotel next time (Four Seasons or Holiday Inn Maadi) that is purely down to my preference for a glass of wine with my meals and not at all related to the service and care from the staff at the Grand Nile Tower. In summary, the perfect hotel if you are fine with no wine.

Best hotel so far. Elegant, beautiful, clean, and secured. Good place to eat and enjoy the River Nile especially before sunset. Colorful and pretty sights that are the best Cairo can offer.

First day was not so well. Waited 6 hrs to get a connecting room. Did not. Met with guest relations and I got It! Thank you to the Sir that help me. Breakfast was good, service was not. After the first morning , I looked for Mr Mohammed. He was excellent in providing us with help. Other than that- we love the stay. We will be heading back and staying at TGNT

The hotel was beautiful. However I was disappointed by the way I was treated by staff. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel and I got dressed for a birthday shoot which I had a friend came over and take pictures of me. We were Rudely approached by a staff member who told us we cannot take pics in the hotel. I mean I paid to stay at the hotel for 6 nights this was more than enough for me to take pictures in the hotel. I would understand if you’re not a guest you would have to follow a rule to take pics but what right does a hotel stop its guest from taking pictures in the hotels vicinity and moreover a rude staff member who stops us in the middle. I felt very dissatisfied and disappointed and I will not stay in future for that reason.

Flott hotell med fin utsikt. Hyggelige ansatte. Rene rom, bra plassering, men dårlig internett og ikke alkoholservering på hotellet trakk ned.

séjour agréable sauf service petit-déjeuner
pas de réponse a notre deamnde de transfert aeroport_hotel alors qu'il y a un service de voiture-taxi très bon acceuil à l'arrivée avec une chambre vue sur le nil au 33 etage, repas en room service parfait a l'arrivee tardive, très bonne infrastructure avec piscine chaufée salle de sport, 3 restaurants, hall superbe, mais le service est indigne d'un 5 étoiles surtout au petit-déjeuner, même si le personnel est très agréable mais manque de professionalisme, globalement satisfaisant le buffet du petit déjeuer est très copieux et diversifié, le service café et thé est déplorable: ils aurait mieux fait le mettre en libre service

The bedroom was splendid with magnificent views, however is smelt if cigarettes. The check-in was slow as there wasn't enough staff, although others were allowed to check in early we were sent away only to wait again for our room key. The revolving restaurant is amazing with fabulous views, food and service. No alcohol. Breakfast choice and quality was very good but no service for coffee and we were asked to go downstairs to eat, we didn't as there was enough room.

Joli bâtiment, beaucoup de personnel, souvent très prévenants, parfois un peu absents. Beaucoup de monde dans le hall d’accueil et les parties communes, mais pas de difficultés pour trouver des places pour dîner
