Very limited parking, you have to call when you’re blocking the sidewalk and traffic to pull into their narrow gated driveway. At least there’s safety with having a gated parking space. Not recommended for big vehicles. Also, people were slamming their doors all throughout the night, playing music, shouting/laughing/god knows what else. Found a few hairs on both pillows so I’m certain they don’t actually clean after each guests and the showers had quite a bit of mold. Carpets were gross in the halls, but at least there was a (dirty) refrigerator in the room!

Front door lock wasn't working so a pain to get in and out of the hotel. No heat or smoke detectors in rooms. Bathroom light and shower faulty. Childrens small furniture in the room.

The manager stole my food then refused to speak to me. The manager then lied to Expedia when they tried to remedy the situation. Manager is Very rude & lack of respect. I’m surprised Expedia has this hotel on the site.

It was a simple hotel in an older part of LA just east of downtown. Rooms are very small.

Seleccioné este hote por que la ubicación me parecía excelente para los lugares que íbamos a visitar y por que incluía estacionamiento, lo cual era mentira,, no tenía estacionamiento y me tenía que estacionar en la calle donde hubiera lugar, incluso estacionado frente al hotel me dieron un boleto, no tenían elevador y tuve que cargar mi equipaje por las escaleras hasta llegar a mi habitación,,

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir. À la réception lors de notre check in, un depot de 20$us comptant a été demandé. Remis sans problème. On rentre dans la chambre, c’est vraiment malpropre. Il y avait encore des déchets dans les tables de nuit de d’autres voyageurs avant nous. Aucun manette pour la télé qui avait déjà le volume très fort… on a fouillé la chambre pour la trouver mais sans succès. Des cheveux sur le plancher qui nous n’appartenait pas… Pas de tapis de bain, pas de débarbouillette… Terriblement malpropre À notre check out, je demande mon 20$us et la personne me repond.. Non, vous avez utilisé la manette de la télé? J’ai répondu… Non, il en a pas et redonner moi mon argent. Cette personne m’a donc lancer le 20$us sur le comptoir et est reparti en arrière… N’allez pas là même si vous êtes mal pris…

Hotel was very dirty, the costume service was terrible, the front desk person very impolite, the place not secure, the room dirty and smelled bad, the sheets were dirty.

If you visit LA to vacation in a hotel then this is not the place for you but if your staying in LA to visit the city then this is a great place to sleep because the transit is a block away and the food on this street is fantastic! I highly recommend Sushito! Cleanliness is pretty awful and the fridge didn’t work, shower also was only cold water but it’s cheap and you have a bed. I went for my first big trip and stayed for three nights, lucky they are 24/7 and I got a room at 3 in the morning. I was there for the big anime expo and the transit could take me from my hotel to the convention for only 4 bucks an all day pass.

Never have i ever read a hotel say no frills and mean it. Does it takw away from the comfort of the stay? Not really its just your basic needs. You pay for the price that you are staying and i think thats an acceptable amount for what i payed for. Not crazy about that squeeze of an entrance but still good parking. The staff was great specially since its run by a family so i understand no one is going to be in the best being awoken at 2 am. I appreciate their patience with me when i would forget my room number. Would come again, probably next time with a pan and some utensils to cook in the shared kitchenette. A lot of delicious foods near by and a McDonald's thats open 24 hours. Only a block away from the metro so it made going to anime expo a breeze. This establishment went above and beyond with the energy they could offer. You want a discreet quiet place where you wont be bombarded with unnecessary question and you want to be near practically anywhere in los angeles by metro? Come here.

The man at the check in was rude and unpleasant. Their internet was down when I wanted to check. The guy has no customer service skills. I don't recommend.

Hébergement dans un état pitoyable, ménage très très mal fait, les lits sont fait tout les jours mais pour le reste c’est à vomir, pour compléter tout ça le personnel a l’accueil est détestable pas un bonjour, pas un sourire, parle mal, prend de haut.

Overall great stay. Close to many fun shops and bus stations for easy travel. Great food close by. Staff was friendly when you pass by. Rooms are easy to get to. Room was very simple. Bed bathroom tv and fridge but clean and neat. Didn’t know there was a full stove and microwave downstairs the first day but after finding made food options for home even better. Would stay again.

No soap. AT ALL. floors were dirty. Bathroom so small you could not fit. The room was suppose to fit 3 people. Not true. Nonsmoking sign everywhere but the hotel stank like smoke.

Pésimo lugar, les recomiendo jamás ir... La atención de la recepción es pésima, la habitación que nos asignaron tenía goteras, estaba sucia con olor a húmedo, no nos dieron el control de la TV, a pesar que la reserva indicaba parqueo no nos dejaron usarlo. Y sobre todo la atención descortés y grosera.

Reception seems to skyway unwilling to “help” (a rather grunge mood all the time); also, the room I stayed has no hot water (I only used once for the two nights stay). But, the location is convenient to take public transit.

Toujours sale avec des cafards !
Séjour de 4 nuits dans cet “établissement”. C’est le quartier mexicains. Draps lavés mais avec de multiples tâches dessus. Cafards qui se baladent dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Moquette tachée et très sale. Hôtel à $90 la nuit, un des prix les moins cher sur LA mais bon un minimum de propreté est attendu. Pas de télécommande pour la TV . De toute façon trop occupé à surveiller les cafards ! Accueil inexistant en prime. Sinon McDo a 30 m, Kfc à 100m et Walgreens à 200m
