호텔이 크지는 않습니다 호텔에서 근무하시는 분들은 모두 친절하고 호텔안과 객실은 고급스럽고 청결합니다 창문을 열면 건너편 사무실이 보일 뿐 멋진뷰를 보긴 어렵습니다 가격에 맞는 서비스를 받을 수 있지만 가격이 부담스러울 수도 있을 것 같은 뷰.

Being a frequent guest to this property, this was my last stay with them. Rude and unprofessional staff, without any proper training. Stayed two nights, first day ordered breakfast and it arrived with hair in it, second day ordered one and it never arrived, had to place an order again 40 min later. Did not receive invoice upon check out, had charges to my credit card after i checked out , called them to get the invoice and still waiting for it.

Such a welcoming, elegant and opulent hotel. The food and drinks was divine. The pool and hot tub are a must. Felt perfectly pampered.

We stayed at the Baccarat for 6 nights. The staff is very friendly and professional. I cannot critique anything about the service. However, the hotel needs to address a few things. We Booked into the Grand Classic Room (King), however, the room needs serious attention. The rooms need a serious deep cleaning. The carpets in the room were filthy. my slippers were black at the end of my stay. The shower had what looked like black mildew and looked a little worse for wear. The bedding was poor quality and not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. The phone in my room never worked throughout my stay even after calling down to fix it. My curtains also kept falling throughout my stay Moreover, the hotel is extremely expensive for what you get. I would not expect this level of cleanliness and condition of facility for what you're paying for.
