Le site est très bien! Le personnel ne veulent pas parler Anglais ou Français, vous devez parler en Espagnol pour les services, ce n'est pas très pratique. Le WIFI ne fonctionne pas bien.

Me encantó el servicio de transporte interno que ofrecen a aquellos huéspedes que presentan dificultad para trasladarse de un lugar a otro, fui con mi madre y una amiga de mi madre con movilidad limitada y en todo momento un vehículo con personal amabke nos recogía y nos llevaba las diferentes instalaciones del hotel. Que no me gustó que en uno de los Restaurantes cuyo menú es mediterraneo y de comida árabe, cambiaron el menú a todo de marisco sin contemplar algunos platos para las personas que son alérgicas a todo tipo de pescados y mariscos debieron de comunicar al cliente al momento de hacer la reserva y no cuando el cliente se presenta a cenar.

El frio bar estaba oxidado en la base, cortaban el agua sin avisar ,el teléfono no funcionaba el primer dia, solo habia una papelera y estaba en el baño, deberia haber un lapicero y una libreta para poder dejar notas a la housekeeping

Gracias Hugo por sus observaciones u sugerencias como el lapicero y libretita.En cuanto al agua no hemos realizado cortes, le ofrecemos disculpas ya que todo el sector de Farallón quedó sin suministros de aguas por una afectación de la entidad que abastece todo el pueblo, a pesar de contar con múltiples cisternas subterráneos de reservas en esta operación tan grande quedamos con poca presión, pero afortunadamente fue reparado por esta entidad.

All employees are very helpful in every way gave us ocean view , gave us king sized bed with no extra cost and food are very good. We can recommend to anybody as a mater of fact we are planning already for our next holidays!!!!!

Poor Value for money
I have experienced many all inclusive resorts in my travels. This was a last minute booking because of the proximity to the Rio Hato airport. The Hotel caters to all inclusive travel operators. It is a very sprawling resort with many pools and restaurants and bars. The room was very dated and furniture from the 80's. Staff were not all that helpful and I would not stay here again.

Excellent response time to call for transportation. Facility is on side of a hill, and if you need to go get your car at the central parking lot, you really need the transportation! Food and bar drinks were very good. Only thing we disliked was the thermostats in the rooms are "locked" and we could not adjust the temperature.

This is a nice hotel. My only drawback on this hotel was that we were on the 3rd floor and had no elevator. We had to hall our luggage up and down 3 flights of narrow stairs. Unfortunately, our stay was very short and we didn't get the chance to see or do all that the hotel offered. From what we did see and experience, it was great.

Mala experiencia con mi Reserva a través de Expedia. Al llegar me cobraron un extra, lo cual no estuve de acuerdo, sin embargo el joven no hizo nada para mejorar el error entre la aplataofmra de Expedia y la de Decameron. Mala atención en ese aspecto en la Atención a Cliente, ya que no es es nuestra culpa. Al final quede pagando un extra mas caro de lo que me cobraron x 3 personas en la web de Expedia.... No regereso ni lo recomendaré

Very nice place. Wonderful staff
Everything went perfect. The food was good, wonderful and polite staff, the place was clean and the evening show was great. I enjoyed a lot my stay. The room just need to be renovated but I guess that they are still recovering from Covid time. I recommend this hotel.
