No wifi was provided, collected parking permit of 10$ which is very odd, front desk not responding at all, no tooth paste was given atleast

Property is under a remodel which was not advertised. Spa and pool closed. Coffee machine was broking. Went to front desk and ask for coffee and they said it takes forever. Hopefully if we get a enough complaints, we will get a new coffee mChine. Dont stay here. Super dirty and tons of homeless in parking lot.

The door key machine was down so we had to escorted to our rooms anytime we left. The pool was closed for repairs.

The room was comfortable and the shower was nice. It was as expected for the price. But look, when you charge $10 for parking in a big open lot in West Texas, you deserve negative three stars. It’s literally highway robbery, the highway being I-40 and the robbery taking place when you check in. I keep thinking about the good things I would’ve done with that $10 and I keep getting choked up about it.

Was not impressed. Room was average, bathroom was not clean. TV wasn't working. Pool was not very clean and the Hot tub was not available, not sure what the issue was. Nothing was said when we checked in that it wasn't working.

They charge for park, which is Ludicrous in a location like this. The hotel is desperately in need of a remodel. Old furniture with stains, carpet stains, overpriced breakfast should be included when the building is crumbling around you. Door keys don’t work THROUGHOUT ENTIRE HOTEL, mini fridge didn’t work, and it ruined my 40$ vitamin that needed refrigeration, and a refund on parking that I shouldn’t have to pay for was all I got.

This is a great place for a short stay ($72 plus $10 parking). They need to work on cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed Monday and Friday of the same week. There were broken crackers in the workout room that hadn’t been cleaned i between visits. Ice machine on first floor and hot tub were also broken. None of these are huge issues for me and i will stay here again as an employee told me they are about to renevate the entire hotel in march.

A fee was charged for parking. This is a "strip" property - now special parking. I have stayed at multiple similar properties and never levied a parking charge. Most similar venues also have a complimentary breakfast/coffee included, again this site levies an additional charge. There were no cups for the courtesy coffee in the room, so I had to travel to the lobby to find suitable cups. Checkin clerk needs better people skills. Won't book again.

I booked with 2 adults and 3 teenagers to which there were only 2 towels in the hotel. I also searched before I booked that breakfast be included, it wasn't and of course none of my booking confirmations said that either. Beds were not as compfy as I expect from a Marriot.

This was the worst Courtyard I have ever stayed in. The first room they put us in had rust all over the inside of the shower. Also had stains on the furniture and hair on the bed. The second room was a tad bit better but still had hair in the shower. I will never stay here again

Stay away from this place should be closed
Awful hotel, room was dirty, 8 completely loose and cracked tiles in bathroom. Hair direr sparked and smoked and almost caugh fire when used. No one in lobby at the front desk, i Waited over 5 minutes wondering what was going on. I went back out to my car and called no answer. Went back in and the person showed up. The entire hotel was dated and looked like. It hasn't been updated in twenty five years.

Nasty rooms smells like animal beds
The room smelled like urine and not sure if it was human or from a dog or cat. The pillows and bedding covers all had a weird smell and my kids and myself were all itchy when laying on it. We stayed since there wasn’t any availability at other places at the moment but I probably got an hour of sleep with how uncomfortable I was. It was supposed to be a pit stop to rest before continue road trip but that stop didn’t help at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The front desk lady was friendly though.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel to stay for this trip was it has a hot tub. The hot tub was empty when we checked in. The food in the 'restaurant' was way too expensive. The bed wasn't very comfortable and no microwave in the room. We won't stay here again.

The bed is ok but not the greatest. They sit the bed really low to the ground. It is possible they put us in a handicapped room, but can't confirm. Sizable room with decent enough amenities but the tv is poorly placed. Weirdly designed layout. No tissues provided. No freezer only fridge. One of the attached shampoos in the shower just fell off the wall randomly while we were not in the room. There is no breakfast here but a small cafe you pay for. You really need to be better about keeping up with your coffee bar. It was 7am and near no milk in the canisters. When I asked about it, I was told "we put only a little in there because otherwise it will go bad and get gross. so we have to refill it." I said that it was empty and she didn't refill it. Hello?! I needed milk hence why I was asking about it. I was also trying to get out the door as soon as possible.

Do not recommend
There was dog and human hair all on the bedding and pillows. The furniture and comforter had stains all over them. There was a weird smell. My daughter couldn't even sit down. We checked in and checked back out within 15 minutes and got another hotel up the road. The hotel would not give us our refund because we booked through Hotels.com. I'm still waiting for a response for my refund.

The walls were dirty. The furniture was dirty. The tub was nasty and dirty. The phone did not work. The wifi was down. There were dogs barking down the hall from our room. There was pet hair on the carpet.

My room was across from elevator, next to ice machine, carpet and furniture were stained, two nasty objects found in tub, suppose to have a bar, but did not. I think I got what I paid for. Unfortunately.

Very disappointing.
Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The only positive I can say. We had 2 rooms in Amarillo on our way to Colorado and 2 on the way back. Door locks rarely worked with several trips to get new keys. Very frustrating when you’ve been on the road for 9 hours. Hair and debris in almost every bed. Had to request new linens both times. This is not how Marriott does it. Don’t bother with booking insurance. No one would honor it when I tried to cancel on the way back. Very disappointed. Never again.

Experience was disappointing. Room TV didn't work. Front desk staff was not able to help. She was not able to switch to other room. Room was not stock with enough towels. Had to visit front desk for same. Property was not clean. I think this property needs refurbishing. For a Marriott its a disgrace.

Worn hotel
The hotel lobby was not bad, but definitely showed some wear. Likewise, the room was not awful, but the bathroom was disgusting. The tub had a hole in it and was not clean. There was an old bar of soap still in the soap dish in the shower. It smelled not good and had so much rust around the metal and mold around the seams. Also, when we got there, we were told they would waive our parking fee. I guess I missed that in the details, but um...pretty sure I'd have hit the roof had they charged us with that, especially considering the parking lot was not full.

The bathroom was dirty, the tub had a white chalky film and rust. There was also hair in the tub and on the bed. Only 1 set of towels, and the body wash was missing
