This is an older hotel but kept up pretty well. Room clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Easy self parking. Close to highway so there is some road noise. Breakfast was wonderful

All water in the Hotel is Brown w orange debris floating in it. So bad I questioned if even safe to shower in. Absolutely not drinking or brushing teeth with it! Hotel is very aware of it, as a sign about Brown water, is posted in the Elevator! Yet no, 0 bottle water is provided in the room!!

Thank you Bryan for staying with us. Yes, the entire city of West Monroe gets there water from a deep aquifer. The minerals in the water is what causes the tint. I have never heard of orange debris being in the water. Will definitely check the room you stayed in. Also, we offer free bottled water at the front desk.

my request on the first floor was ready for me when I arrived Clark helped me out and gave me some dining options and directions. Everything was clean and they had their Easter bunny tree up in the lobby which was nice for the young kids. Only problem we had was the microwave, but we brought what we needed to eat up down to the office and they took care of it for us, thank you Mike Page

Was not given an accessible room, even though I had specifically reserved one and let hotel know I would be arriving with a person using a walker and one in a wheel chair. The best they could do was a 1st floor room. We were in town for my father's funeral. Because the room only had a standard tub/shower I had to make a trip to go by bathing wipes, dry shampoo and such. Would I stay here again? Maybe

I am so sorry Mrs. Sharon. We only have one room on the property with a roll in shower and it only has one bed. The room you were given is an accessible room with two beds but don't have the roll in shower. I will bring this up to the owners and see if we can't get a roll in shower in a double room. The elevator was out of order for some of our stay. We were on the fourth floor (top floor) of the hotel. That was negative after returning to the room. Luckily it was repaired before checkout and we didn’t have to carry heavy luggage down 4 flights to check out. There was something going on with the water. It had a light brown tint which I didn’t notice until after drinking some to take a Tylenol. It tasted awful and when showering left a slick feeling on my skin. Pretty gross. The iron was defective and spewed water all over my clothes when I tried using it ( it looked as though it had been dropped). Didn’t try the breakfast but wanted coffee. Wasn’t happy to have to buy water to make my coffee to know it was clean. The room was decent otherwise.

Hi Natokwa,So sorry about the elevator. We did get it fixed as soon as possible. Our water is from a deep aquifer. The minerals in the water is what causes the color and softener. It is very safe to drink but does has a tint. Thank you for staying with us. Hope to see you again soon

Ceiling leaked on our bed and my bag . Expedia would not refund and property said they couldn’t because I booked through Expedia . Second bad experience with this hotel and no refund was given either time. The staff was super apologetic, and it was beyond their control. Disappointed in not even a refund for the incident.

Good place to stay!
Nice stay....bed is very comfortable. Quiet even though on highway. Nice little nature trail right outside of the pool area. Close to restaurants.
