Super friendly staff
Really enjoyed staying there. Staffs there were very helpful and friendly especially Nana booked for my trip to Halong Bay and cared about so many things!! They recommended some restaurants and were fantastic.

breakfast Banh Mi was the best~
It was not easy to find because it is located in the back of the building so you need to go inside and see the desk.the room was ok and staffs are quite friendly. The most important thing i recommand this hotel is breakfast.I think the Banh Mi was the best I ever had in Vietnam. It was better than street banh mi.Once you want to try it, just stay this hotel.

저렴한 호텔 위치는 좋지만 방에 창문이 없어서 습하고 곰팡이 냄새가 남. 직원들은 친절하고 물은 잘나옴.

Good location. Get what you pay for
Overall this place wasn’t bad. The bathroom left a lot to be desired (you have to sit sideways on the toilet), but we got a bonus bedroom that was a nice surprise. The outside wall is not insulated on top floor so it was real warm during the middle of the day and chilly at night. I imagine summer would be rough! But if you’re not picky, it’s not bad.

A nice place to stay for a good price.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with getting our heavy bags to the room. Room it’s self was good and had a standing fan which help us dry our wet shoes since it was raining a lot during our trip. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to see in the city. Overall good value for room.

Bedbugs
We arrived 12.15 to be told that check in was 14.00. Fair enough. We came back and to find out that the room we had booked ( superior room) had bedbugs. The owner asked us to use her friends hotel instead. This is not the first time the hotel had bedbugs as I can see in the comments.

For the price, I was really impressed. It was comfy, we had a refrigerator and the location was good too. I could check in early as well, which worked out great for me. I would book here again, if I’m on a budget

Hotel tres bien situe.
Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier vivant des 36 corporations. Chambre familiale spacieuse, sans fenêtre donc calme avec quelques fuites. Personnel gentil et disponible. Cependant, pour les circuits organisés, ne pas hésiter à jeter un oeil ailleurs.

Very nice hostel in the middle of Hanoi. Very convenient location and the lady in reception was so so lovely. Very happy to help us with anything we needed (even showed us to some good places to eat nearby)

Bare Minimum! you get what you pay for
This room was about 12 dollars, it was very small and showing all signs of ageing. Room service was non existence, breakfast was a joke, where you only have option to select Bread, Omelette or Bread Butter with tea or coffee. No free water. However, it was clean overall. May be a good option to spend couple of hours.

Hôtel sans confort mais peu cher
Chambre familiale simple, sans fenêtre, avec deux grands lits et une salle de bains-wc un peu vétuste. Personnel très agréable cependant et très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pour routards !

Great place to stay
The staff were extremely helpful in booking for us the tours we wanted, they even made suggestions about what would be most appropriate for our family traveling with 2 young children. They booked our train tickets for the rest of our trip down the coast, and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone because they took such good care of our family while we were here.

Nice hotel in Old Quarters.
The staff was super helpful. Picked us up at the airport at 11 :30 p.m. Free breakfast in the morning was great. And staff helped us book tours and train tickets and called taxis for us. We would definitely stay their again.

２０１５年に私は、5回の国外旅行をしましたが、その中では最低最悪のホテルでした。 私は旅行の際、ホテルやレストランのスタッフを含め多くの人々と、楽しく過ごしたいと思っています。 それは旅行を豊かに実りあるものにするからです。 しかし、このホテルでは全くそれが出来ませんでした。 私はこのホテルに4泊する予約をし、クレジットカードで支払い済ましましたが、ＰＭ4時頃に到着し、チェックインしようとすると、ホテルスタッフから「部屋が壊れたから宿泊させることが出来ない」と言われました。 何が壊れているのか説明がないので、私は「部屋を見せてほしい」と言うと、 ホテルスタッフは、「鍵は外に持って行ってしまったので、部屋を見せることは出来ない」と言われました。 明らかに「嘘」だと思い、抗議をすると 「キャンセルしろ！」言いだす始末 ホテルスタッフは最後まで、部屋を見せようとはしませんでした。 私は、別のホテルへ行く事にしましたが・・・ ハノイには沢山のホテルがあります。 旧市街にも沢山のホテルがあります。 私は、このホテルに宿泊することを勧めません。 このホテル以外のホテルに宿泊することを勧めます。 このホテルに宿泊する価値は無いと思います。 謝罪も無く、態度の悪いこのホテルへ宿泊する必要はないです。 ハノイ到着1日目、最低最悪の出来事、、最低のホテルでした。

Overall ok for price but stained sheets ruined it
Staff were friendly and helpful with limited English. But the sheets were terribly stained and this clouded my review as no one wants to sleep in dirty sheets and very hard bed. Bathroom was cleanish but terribly old so also stained with mould.

lovely budget accommodation
This is a lovely budget hotel with an amazing staff. They really care for you and help you with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, nothing to fancy but really nice for a couple of nights. The location is very good! We walked everywhere and none of the big tourist attractions were to far away. There are also some really nice restaurants nearby and the staff can easily give you advise on where to eat and what to see. We wanted to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked so the hotel helped us arrange a sleeping bus so we could stay one more day in Hanoi without having to find a new place to stay. I can definitely recommend this place for everyone looking for a cheap and friendly hotel with a really nice location.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im old quarter. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war gut. Das Bad hatte eine durchsichtige Tür und die Dusche und die Toilette waren in einem kleinen Raum zusammen. Uns hat es jedoch dort gut gefallen und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hat gestimmt. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Less than expected
Not the greatest stay after reading many reviews that said it was better. The best thing is that we we given a room upon our arrival at 430am (after taking the night bus from Sapa). The room we were given was still dirty from the last guests tho. We were given our regular room around 9am. We stayed on the 4th floor and the wifi was terrible. Location was ok but the is on the home improvement street with limited mini marts or restaurants. Breakfast was ok but sometimes difficult to communicate what we wanted. A cat also peed outside of our room when we were leaving. We told the front desk about it and it wasn't cleaned upon our return to the hotel. Hotel was decent but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

You get more than what you pay
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 nights. Double room with a queen bed, mini fridge, an armoire, vanity desk. Pros: Friendly receptionists. They will tell you where to eat, buy stuff, etc. They won't try to get you to go to tourist scams. Really nice people. The room is clean. Housekeepers will clean your room every day, change linens and towels. If you need extra toilet paper, soap, etc. You can always ask the staff to refill them. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. They have western food menu (banana + French bread + any style egg, butter jam, or cheese). Vietnamese food menu (instant noodles with egg, chicken or pork. Vietnamese menu doesn't come with a banana.) And both menus come with a drink (black coffee, coffee with condensed milk, green tea, black tea, or Vietnamese lemonade.) You have a free access to the kitchen. I used their water boiler so many times to brew my tea. Cons: The bed, on 1-10 firmness scale (1: soft, 10:hard), would score 8.5, and there was a major sag in the bed. This is a minor complaint but we wish they served fruits other than bananas for breakfast. (Since we stayed there for 10 nights, we got bored of bananas...)

Friendly staffs, Large room suitable for family.
I am very impressive with this hotel staffs. They are very nice and suggested me all helpful information . The hotel is not far from Hwan Kiam Lake. Price is suitable. Breakfast is OK. The room is spacious.
