Not bad even know we went during hurricane Maria.
It was a very short stayed and the hurricane Maria was threatening to hit Porto Rico during our stayed,but still my wife and l still had it very good.

Perfect One Night Stand
The hotel was perfect for a one night stand. No high end frills, but clean. The restaurant on the premises was fabulous. The food and view were exactly what we were aiming for and the location was perfect to continuing enjoying the island of Puerto Rico.

Estadía regular
En primer lugar el oferton decía que era la habitación con vista al mar y no fue así. Luego al llegar a la habitación , no cuenta con gavetas solo un mueble para la ropa. La llave de abrir la pluma de la ducha estaba rota y se salía en ocasiones. El desayuno continental son pan especial , jugó de china y café.Uno de los días al llegar de la playa supuestamente la housekeeping vio colgado " do not disturb" aunque nosotros nunca lo colocamos ,esa fue la razón que nos dieron por la que no limpiaron la habitación.por lo tanto tuve que tomar escoba y mapo y limpiar yo la habitación menos mal que había llevado conmigo toallas desinfectantes.De las cosas buenas están que tienen acceso a una playita bien cerca,el agua es caliente, un buen a/c. Sin embargo en la piscina nunca me metí pues se veía verde. En términos del personal había poco personal y en ocasiones no se encontraban en las áreas importantes como la recepción. Creo que deben mejorar algunas facilidades y el servicio al cliente , el lugar tiene una buena ubicación por lo que deben aprovecharla.

Hotel is ok and staff very nice, but restaurant service was very slow and some food we wanted wasn't available. Food was good but a little expensive compared to others around the area.

Hola!! El sitio es muy bonito, pero nesecita arreglos en las habitaciones, o cambios en las camas, sabanas y toallas. realmente la idea era descansar, pero sali con un dolor de espalda. Pero de lo demas muy buen trato, personal muy amable y el sitio en muy bonito..

They didnt have what we reserved... we made a reservation for an ocean view with a terrace and 3 beds (3 full and a twin), almost 5 days in advanced and when we got there it was not avavailable... and they told us the terrace was in the middle of the hotel and wanted to give us two full beds and a cot... I requested the third bed and they offered a room with two fulls and told us that two of us could sleep in the same bed.... (nooo)... at the end they gave us a room with three beds but we are still waiting for the view... The next day when I requested that the maid, only empty the trash cans and ask for clean towels (at 3pm)... we almost have to do it because she was leaving.... Any ways, the restaurant employees and the food are great!!!!

El parador que merece mejoras
La experiencia fue de un solo día. Lo que encontré fue unas facilidades extremadamente deterioradas. Le hace falta invertir en su planta física y modernizar su estilo que sean adecuado y en ambiente.

Beach Front Hotel
We have been to this hotel before, we came to PR last year and stayed here. It has some great snorkeling in calm water behind the reef but if you want to adventure outside the reef you are in for a amazing time. The hotel is a beach hotel that is cozy but it is worn from the ocean. It has nice rooms that can overlook the ocean and you have a private balcony to watch the sunset. Then walk over to the restaurant that is part of it and have some of the freshest and most amazing food, the pizza is to die for.

Hotel close to the beach
It looks more like a motel than a hotel. Next time a will pick Combate, Cabo rojo., because beaches are nice and clean, you will find a real hotel with equal price or better and with more features inside the room.

Great place for romantic getaway. But the WiFi in the beachfront rooms is bad at best.

OK, for a night.
the accommodations were what we had requested we have no complaints. However, the hotel en general needs an update, it looked a little run down.

Dissapointment
The stay was not as I expected since I asked specifically for a King Sized Bed for me and my girlfriend, and I received two full or twin beds. That actually messed up my stay. It was suppose to be a romantic getaway and I ended up in getting a hard time from my GF. Its okay they are under construction and I cannot get beach front, but two beds for a couple? Its ridiculous. I am very dissapointed at hotels.com for allowing this reservation if what I asked for was not there. I would ask for a refund, but its not even worth it. At least the area was good and the food at the restaurant was good and the area. Too bad I had to sleep my myself in a bed.

Very nice hotel.
I was reluctant to choose this hotel, but glad I did. It was a great value. If you are only looking for the basics, then this is the hotel for you, I was expecting a bad experience but was very surprised how nice the room was was, It very clean and quiet and the people were friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel close to the beach but unhappy
Was shocked with the low standards compared to the main land 2.5 star hotels. If I had known I would have booked a 5 star hotel to be comfortable. Staff was good but the place needs up grading. Drains were slow to drain in the shower, cracks on the walls with paint peeling, air conditioner noisy all night, the linen is wrinkled, bed is a block of wood with an old uncomfortable mattress. The bar is open all night with loud music and drums beating. I liked the beach that is right at the balcon the whole place needs to be improved to be a tourism attraction.

Needs Upgrading
The Staff was awesome. The hotel needs desperate upgrade. In the room, it was missing closet doors, no hangers in closet, dresser drawers falling apart, NO phone, AC was very high up & no remote control. Breakfast was Coffee, orange juice container & toast. No hair blower, no iron/ironing board, no lamps, no wash cloths, no shampoo/conditioner, some towels were very Holy, no bath mat, lighting was very poor. Room was very dingy. To get the Free Internet, you had to do it in the office & cell phone service there was very poor.

Beach was great!
One of the best amenities the hotel has to offer is a nice clean beach right outside the courtyard. The room and bathroom were pretty large, however, the bed mattress (large King size) was extremely hard and the A/C was noisy. The staff did offer to change us to another room. Staff was very polite and caring. The restaurant/bar were also great and their food well prepared and presented nicely. The hotel's continental breakfast was very simple, would've liked some fresh fruits or tropical fruits included in the breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nära till havet och kanonbra mat. Även pool finns.
Ett lugnt hotell med trevlig personal nära till havet. Riktigt bra kock i köket som gjorde en kanon stek och en riktigt fin sushi värt var enda dollar. Jag behövde hjälp och receptionisten hjälpte till. All cred till honom

You get what you pay for. I was disgusted by the rooms. So dirty and dingy. Not satisfied at all. I read the reviews before going but went and tried it anyway.if traveling with kids really not a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly.
