We were there for a concert and spent the night. There are nice dinner options, with HK being our favorite. All the hotel facilities and areas are clean, the room was nice, clean and quiet. The concert venue is right there, so you can play in the casino, have a nice dinner, and literally walk to the concert in no time. Last time we were there, there was an after concert party with a DJ and food stands, but not this time which we really missed.

Getting there, the hotel looked nice and clean. Although getting in the room and finding baby roaches in the toilet/bathroom area really was disappointing. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Considering what we paid for one night. That was very disappointing

The pools are great and we tried Hells Kitchen and it was amazing. We didn’t like our room. We stayed on the sixth floor/ Non Smoking. NOT! When we walked through hallway to get to our room it smelled like someone was smoking in the hallways and we couldn’t sleep because the smoke smell was too much and gave me a headache. Hotel told us that floors 4 & 5 are smoking and smell travels. If you seek Non Smoking stay on a floor as much removed from 5th floor

This resort is a fun and relaxing place for a weekend getaway. Lots of parking and walkable trails during the day. Pillows were very small and the hot and cold water in our room was reversed. Burnt my hands a few times. Overall I enjoyed the resort and casino.

our room on the 15th floor was dirty. There was someone's rolled up food wrapper crumbled up under the night stand table. Our sink faucet would back up, the carpet was beat up, and the front desk staff was not friendly nor did they allow us a later checkout.

We heard loud music all evening coming from somewhere and there were what looked like puke stains on the wall behind the toilet. We were also booked by expedia into a smoking room when the website showed a non smoking room at the time of booking. All of this caused us to want to leave and we called to the front desk around 2am to let them know we were checking out

Loved that it was hidden away. The property was beautiful. Valer was easy. We came for Hells Kitchen but loved the casino. Lower limit would have been better. The lady that checked us out was so nice and professional, 2 people before me were so rude to her and she handled it way better than I would have. Would definitely come back.

The second you walk into the hotel, it stinks like cigarettes. Immediately felt it in my throat and eyes, the entire 5 days we were there. Our Oh so suite was nice but still smelled like cigarettes. While there was no daily housekeeping to clean up and make your bed every day (not a big deal), they still didn't come gather our garbage not one time. We primarily went there for the lazy river and food. While we got to enjoy the lazy river the first day, we didn't the rest of the week cuz it was too cold. However, we had made that decision later. So first day, we purchased a tumbler ($30/ea) but when we went back the next day to get it refilled at a cheaper price ($18/ea), the bar outside wasn't open cuz their bartender had called out and after some pleading to talk to somebody about it, the pool manager came out and offered us $40 in food credit. Whatever. Again, while all the restaurants provided good food and service, there was absolutely no entertainment whatsoever. We were there M-F from 12/25-12/29. So between Christmas and NYE, an absolutely packed/sold out hotel had no music or entertainment at all. I understand they just want you to gamble but we're also not big gamblers so after stretching a few hundred dollars, back to the room we went and not sure if we'll ever come back, at least not for that long.

I tried checking in upon my arrival at 4:10 PM and was told my room wasn't ready (check-in was at 4 PM and I have email to prove it). The front desk gal tried to tell me I was early, then looked at the clock and retracted her comment. I took the afternoon off from work, which wasn't easy, and it took me 2.5 hours drive to get there. Was then told my room would be ready in 2 hours (6 PM) and they would call or text me when it was ready (they didn't know why it wasn't ready). I asked them to text me and never heard from them. 2.5 hours later, no call or text. Checked in again at the front desk at 6:15 PM and was told my room has been ready for a while. No reason given why I wasn't called or sent a text. I explained how inconvenient this was and how exhausted I was and how this was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I was told "sorry" and not offered anything for the inconvenience this caused me. I will not plan another trip to this facility again.
