Harbour View Villas is the ideal place to stay on Long Island. It’s clean, the staff is responsive and the villas are clean I give it 5 stars but the would be travel you have to understand and appreciate Long Island for what it is, to me it’s heaven but if you expect to be pampered, drive a brand new rental and smooth roads you may want to look elsewhere The island is safe, the locals are hard working caring people If you chose to come , stop in a local bar and buy a round or just sit at the bar and strike up a conversation. You will leave richer than when you arrived

Awesome place nice rooms great area great beach. Kayak's paddle boards and other equipment all good. Really Poorly managed no check in, we luckily found our room. Booked partial ocean view had no view. Hotel type room they never cleaned it. Internet and Tv didn’t work for a few days no communication from management.

Hello Larry, we are sorry your stay wasn't a stellar experience. We apologize about the mix up with check in. We will have to look into why the room was named Partial ocean view as it should state downstairs studio. Also, I truly apologize for the internet problem. The service provider was having technical issues in the general area. I was not notified that your room was one of the effected. Once again, I truly apologize on behalf of Harbor breeze villas that your stay was not a fully delightful one. Thank you for your insightful review. We will definitely make some changes!

Very nice! It was so peaceful and serene. You can't beat that Long Island breeze, it was felt amazing! I was drawn to sitting out on the balcony for the breeze and the view. I can't wait until the next trip!

Very affordable, modern and spacious accommodations which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts were also easily accessible and happily addressed any concerns as they arose. The ocean view was thoroughly refreshing to wake up to and visiting the beachfront was even more refreshing. Easily recommended.

Harbor Breeze Villas was a beautiful location. My family and I occupied 3 Villas and 1 room during our stay. The Sunrise, Atlantic, and the Flamingo Villa and all of them were beautiful

Overall we enjoyed our stay but the front room furniture, kitchen area and entertainment accommodations in the bedroom need to be updated (for example, the satellite dish needs to be updated to be a fire stick).

This property exceeded my expectation! I booked the studio apt and it was exceptionally clean, spacious with an amazing ocean view (just as in photos). The staff support service was amazing, from I made reservation straight to me checking out; the communication was clear and timely. I would recommend getting a vehicle to move around as even though property is close to restaurants and a lot of the attractions, it is not walkable. You can rent vehicle through property. Also most restaurants are closed on a Sunday or open pretty late so make sure you have at least food for breakfast. Overall I give my experience at Harbour Breeze and Long Island on a whole 10/10

The property is in an excellent location steps away from a the beautiful Lochabar Beach. Minutes to Clarence Town for a quick bite to eat or walk down the beach to the right to a very pretty Blue Hole. Staff wonderful and helpful, ample parking. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah an der Lochabar Beach. Es führen direkte Wege, abends beleuchtet, dort hin. Die Wege sind im Schnitt 200 m lang. Liegestühle, Kanus und Stand UP Paddeling Boards stehen für die Kunden kostenlos an dem schönen Sandstrand bereit. Die Unterkunft ist luxuriös. Alles funktioniert: W-Lan, TV, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, heißes Wasser. Toilettenpapier gibt es reichlich .Der Balkon hat eine kleine Sitzgruppe. Die Fenster haben Moskitonetze. Die Vorhänge sind aus Bambusimitat, sehen edel aus, aber sind schwer zu verschieben.

This property was amazing the views were beautiful. We will definitely be back. Only minor complaint is there was a used bar of soap with a hair on it in the shower but the rest of the place was clean so we didn’t worry about it. I still rate them 5 stars.

Tolle Villa mit klasse Ausstattung. Auch Strandtücher und eine Strandtasche sind vorhanden. Sehr ruhig und schnellet Zugang zum Strand. Nur die Klimaanlage könnte entweder mehr Power haben oder alternativ eine weitere im Aufenthaltsraum/Küche installieren, da es dort nachmittags ohne Jalousie odet Vorhang sehr warm wird.

It is all about service
My villa was not the one assigned when booked and there was nothing to do. No ocean view. No food on a holiday or instructions to get to an open place. I ended up asking a neighbor. Excellent amenities and super clean.

I loved the service. Every employee was helpful, friendly and easy to access. The villa was fabulous and the views breathtaking. The beach was beautiful and the entire complex was environmentally friendly. We LOVED IT.

Staff is really easy to work with and very friendly. convenient to rent a vehicle and a villa from the same people, drop car at airport to grab. Villa had everything we needed, and staff was very prompt in fixing a TV issue we were having. Property landscape and villa decor are wonderful. When we return to Long Island, we will always try to stay at Harbour Breeze Villas.

This hotel is newish and clean and super comfortable. It has an outdoor veranda in the back of each room (with two chairs and a tiny table) that has a really nice view of Clarencetown Harbor and the Atlantic beyond. The landscaping throughout this property is to die for - much of the vegetation is native, but they’ve thinned it so you can see through most of it. At night the walkways are lit by cute little lights that look like flowers. All this, and a really reasonable price! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Now that said, I would like to mention two cons: 1. The hotel room block is not numbered from the road/parking lot AT ALL. All of the associated villas have lots

The villa was beautiful and the view was to die for. The property was quite and relaxing. However the electricity went off for almost 12 hours but I dont think the hotel had issues it was an electrical company issue in that area of the island.

This is definitely the best-kept property near the blue hole. Carl was extremely kind and offered us top-notch service. Communication prior to the trip was fantastic. Views were breathtaking. Every villa is modern with great wifi. Very clean. And honestly, I've been on trips to places similar (Fiji) that cost 5x or more a night. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We stayed at this property the first part of July 2019. It was amazing! We loved the property and the villa we stayed at. It is all well kept up and the beach is gorgeous. Our accommodations were nicer than we even expected. The AC in the bedroom worked great and all the furnishings were nice and inviting. We loved the island and this wound up being a great location to explore from.

Sitio espectacular. En recepción te ayudan con cualquier cosa, super amables. Tiene su propio acceso a la playa con sombrillas (muy importante ya que el sol no da tregua), tumbonas, kayaks... Hasta para hacer barbacoas. El precio de los coches de alquiler es muy económico tambien, te lo dejan en el aeropuerto para que no tengas que gastar el taxi. Nuestro vuelo salia a las 15:30 asi que nos dejaron estar en la habitación hasta las 14:00 que nos fuimos, cosa que se agradece enormemente ya que pudimos aprovechar la mañana en la playa y luego darnos una ducha. Recomendable 100%, es un sitio 5 estrellas a precio asequible
