Got upgraded to apartment next door was dirty. Tv didn’t work ask to be transferred to main building, then when in new building got a bang bang on the door at 2Am by to men. It was the wrong room.

Firstly, the location is excellent if you need access to St Kilda and parking is a good price. However, that’s about as good as this review can get. This review is for the serviced 2 bedroom apartment: 1. Check in time is 2pm but our room was not ready until 3:45. We had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. 2. The bathroom looks nothing like what is advertised. It is a patch up job, and had a broken toilet seat. You can not change the height or direction of the shower head. 3. Carpet stains 4. No elevator access but luckily we are capable enough of taking our own luggage. We were not offered help. 5. A one hour late check out was provided and any extension is $50 per hour after that. 6. Batteries in one remote were flat. We had to remove one set so that we could use the TV in the bedroom. 7. Blinds in the master could not be opened. 8. Buffet breakfast food is average. Expensive for what was on offer. The staff in the dining room were very kind though. 9. Parking is SUPER tight. Advice, do not to take anything bigger that a small SUV. Our Ford Captiva was a challenge to navigate around the poles and into the tight spaces. Overall, we spent $400 on room, $20, parking and $120 for breakfast (we understand food costs have gone up and made this choice), but it was not worth it. What a shame.

Stayed in the apartments near the CNR of St Kilda junction. An eclectic mix of '30's old ( building, floors, doors, blinds etc. and new ( carpets, bed, stove, fridge etc. ). Tv remote was missing a battery, smoke detector was missing it's battery, venetian blind in lounge was broken & dirty. Wouldn't stay there a second time but for ease of getting into melb.cbd and the staff being so helpful and understanding, we're more than happy to recommend as a one night stop over

Had a lovely family stay in 3 bed apartment. Staff were friendly and unit was very clean. Building is old but it's really well placed for St Kilda, the park and the city. Would definitely stay again.

Our two bedroom apartment was very spacious, did smell of fresh paint but was liveable.our apartment was right on the road side and was very noisy, didn’t get much sleep but the mattress was good. No plug for the spa, so couldn’t use it.

Disappointed
Wa s very disappointed on the condition of the place tge stairs were old and unsafe we were put on the top floor very noisy . The little milks in fridge we’re off . If you had a shower the whole bathroom flooded it was old and Mildew smell . Booked tge car two nights when we got back no room had to park out the front . Just disappointing for the price as have stayed other places for Cheeper .

A Good Family Apartment.
Great to have an apartment and the spa was a happy surprise. It wasn't a serviced apartment but due to covid we didn't mind and just asked for what we needed. It is an older apartment but has that Melbourne feel. Close to parks and shops.

Always a wonderful stay here. We have a grown up family who’ve moved out of home. We come together every year and go away for the weekend together. This is the perfect place to stay. Plenty of space for everyone and the location is amazing. THANKS AGAIN!

Sadly not a great experience
2 friends and I were staying in Melbourne for dinner and an early 5 am departure. The motel location was perfect. Our room was detached from the main motel and reception. While we waited for the 3rd person I was going to have a coffee or tea. The kitchen had a bad smell and all milk in the fridge was off and out of date. We decided to have dinner in the motel's onsite restaurant. Unfortunately this was closed. Fortunately the beds were very comfortable and the shower was strong and hot with soft large towels.as the common entrance door banged shut every time some one entered the building.

Parking was extremely tight and very difficult to manoeuvre around large concrete poles. Staff were very friendly and accomodation was clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent walking distance to the restaurants and cafe's. Nice and big apartment. One towel for the two of us yes we ask and received an extra one. Odd glasses no two the same size. Previous guest make up bag still in the vanity.

The apartments are large & clean but two of them had a rubbish left in them. One had a can in the fridge, the other had food in the bin. Undercover Parking was very tight but we parked outside.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable, staff were excellent in assisting me, very helpful. Short easy 10 min drive to Spirit of Tasmania terminal was good for me too.

The apartment was spacious, bed comfortable, and bathroom was very good (didn’t get the chance to enjoy the spa!). Will not hesitate booking a stay with Crest Serviced Apartments again! The staff were wonderful!

Noisy stay in Melbourne
We don’t recommend, our apartment was located right on the corner, it was extremely noisy. Made for a terrible night sleep.

Good value for money accommodation in St Kilda. While the building is old, the apartment is nicely renovated, large and clean.

I asked them NOT to enter my room to clean it (due to Covid) and they breached my privacy which was totally unacceptable. I had things open which I would have put away had I known someone would enter the room like toothbrush, mouth guard etc. In normal times not such a big deal but inexcusable in these times.

good location, close to Albert Park & St Kilda Beach. Old Building, some plates need to be cleaner.. not much kitchen facility. ut we can't complain at this price.

Large rooms but WiFi was virtually non existent. Even politely asked for them to look at it but no difference noted, a real pity!

Fantastic location. Everything we could have needed. Excluding value for money. Only issue we had was hotels.com app sent us messages saying checkout was at 11am. However we got a phone call at around 10.40 from reception wondering when we were going to check out as we we’re meant to check out at 10

Wifi wasn’t very good, only worked in certain areas. Toilets was smelly and one of the window flap was broken, insects came through the open space.

The people were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware that the apartment I was going into could only be accessed by stairs, this could be an issue for someone less mobile, that also goes for the shower over the bath.

We are happy to help with carrying luggage upstairs, but it can be a bit of a struggle for people less mobile, as you say. We are happy to hear that you found our staff to be friendly and helpful. We hope to see you again if you make your way back to St Kilda.
