가성비 짱짱짱~~!!
공항 리무진 서비스로 편안하게 왔고, 가격도 저렴하고 가성비는 정말 좋은 아늑하고 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 늦은 밤 도착하는 일정에는 더할 나위 없는 최고의 숙소로 강추 합니다~~

마호가니호텔에 대해
매년 발리를 가면 이용하는 숙소인데 호텔의상태, 직원의 고객대응, 조식등 불편함 없이 이용할수있는 곳. 가격대비 매우 만족스런 곳. 주변에 볼 것은 없고, 간혹 비매너 투숙객들의 시끄러움은 관리가 필요. 차후 또 이용 예정.

部屋の中は、とても掃除が行き届いていて清潔でした。朝御飯は、ビッフェ式で種類は少ないです。スタッフの対応は、とても良く 笑顔で対応してくれます。 私達は、206号室に滞在しましたが、201〜205号室のベランダから見えるのは隣のPOPホテルの壁…206は、部屋全面がガラスなので少し遠いですご海も見えました。 残念な点。 プールの底に藻の様な物が有り、水も濁っていて子供たちをプールに入れる事が出来ませんでした。そのまた翌日朝に、プールをみたら 水面に真っ白な膜がはっていて、誰もプールに近寄りませんでした。たまたま、汚れていたのか、常に掃除をしないプールなのかわかりませんが、とにかく不衛生です。他が、とても良かったので残念で仕方ありません。

We liked the hotel. The view from the balcony was excellent with scenic beauty. The food was great. We did not like the water leakage from the shower head and blockage in the sink in spite of reminding the staff.

Not recommended
So-so.It's clean and new, badly located in the busy highway. If you want to experience the laid back, private smbiance of Bali, this is not the place. Also, super basic. Yhey dont't even provide shampoo and lotion.

Definitely recommend
The price of this hotel was amazing especially for what you will be getting in return. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. They make you feel so welcome. The room was very clean and so were the rest of the facilities. The shuttle to the beach was free was so helpful and easy to use. We ate at the restaurant multiple times. We ended up going back there a few days after checking out before we were leaving to go home because we loved it so much. I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to experience Nusa Dua especially if you are traveling on a strict budget. We happen to be there during an earthquake and felt safe. We went all Bali and this was our favorite hotel by far. Ps. We got the bay view room and breakfast definitely worth the extra few dollars.

Lovely place and helpful staff
Got a free upgrade to the family suite. Room had a regular 3-pin plug so no adapter was necessary. Large smart TV had a wide range of channels in various languages and was able to play everything on my USB. Breakfast was satisfactory but wifi was spotty at times. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel was really disappointing. Super run down and not clean. We left after 30 minutes and checked in to a new hotel.

Staff very friendly and accommodating Although far from the beach the hotel shuttle does daily trips to Nusa Dua Although I was told I would be getting breakfast included that was not the case.I had to pay the second morning which was not a problem as it was only $8 The first was given complimentary because of the hotels mistake The receptionist , Annie, was very apologetic. I had a room facing the road and was very noisy from the traffic otherwise very comfortable

O hotel fica longe das praias de Nusa Dua, restaurantes ou parte turística. Tive que alugar uma moto com eles para poder me deslocar, pois não há transporte público por perto. Eles oferecem uma van em alguns horários para uma praia. Café da manhã é bom. Quarto é ok, porém o armário estava com um cheiro horrível. Luz da rua entrava pelo vidro do banheiro, fazendo com que o quarto ficasse muito claro. Isso dificulta o sono. Muito barulho de carros da avenida. Equipe do hotel é muito simpática.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff
The only thing that let this hotel down is the location as nothing is really in walking distance so we had to get a taxi everywhere. However, the hotel itself is lovely with nice clean rooms and the staff are so friendly and attentive. For the price we paid, it was a fantastic find.
