This is the best 5-star all-inclusive resort we have ever experienced! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt so taken care of and the staff was so kind and attentive.
We appreciated the impeccable service from our maxx assistant who helped make reservations and answer any questions we had throughout the day. Our kids loved all the amenities ranging from the kids club, pools, sports options, water park, game room, playgrounds all over the property and countless other activities.
Our absolutely favorite part of the resort was the FOOD. Every single thing we ate was delicious, and it is all impressively made in-house. The Azure restaurant buffet is the most amazing buffet we've ever encountered - endless options and so healthy. Fresh-squeezed juices and drinks all day, fresh-made chocolates, popsicles, icecream....anything you can imagine. We were in love with the food.
The service was also 5-star. The staff is so accommodating and kind and welcoming. We will definitely return to Maxx Royal for our family vacations! Unmatched luxury and service.
