공사중이어서 번잡스러웠다.
방 내부는 좋았고 매우 깨끗했다. 그러나 리셉션 건물과 숙박 건물에 공사를 하고 있어서 낮에 머무를 때는 썩 편안하지 않았다. 소음이 있었고 사람들이 끊임없이 왔다갔다해서 계속 암막커튼을 치고 있어야 했다. 호수전망 객실을 문의하니 1박당 100불을 요구했는데 그거 했으면 크게후회할뻔했다. 방 안에서 호수가 보이면 뭘하나 바로옆에는 공사를하고있는데

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Very modern yet cozy. Great view of the lake. Restaurant was outstanding with delicious food for breakfast and dinner, wonderful service and beautiful view of the lake. We plan on visiting Queenstown in the future and would definitely stay at this hotel

The view from the restaurant is stunning. The food in the restaurant is a little pretentious but very nicely presented.

The property has an amazing view, the restaurant was excellent. Our room was likely the worst in the hotel. It was on the end next to the staff supply area, so it was very noisy early in the morning. The bed was extremely soft which was not great. Offers casting onto the TV. Other than the bed, the room was great.

Beautiful property. Wonderful view from restaurant. Can walk down hill to town and catch bus back up. Fish and chips right next door. Staff friendly. Alexa there to help you in your room. Nice amenities. Paid more than I usually would, almost worth that much.

Amazing view and only a short drive to town centre. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was slightly smaller than the photo. We booked the Twin Room (looking at the car park). We were given the ground floor & corner room which was a shame because there was a lot of vacancy on the top floor. We couldn’t sit on the balcony at all.

The views are incredible. Queenstown struggles with staffing since the pandemic. This property has a great potential for being a luxury boutique hotel, but the service is not up to five star standard. Front desk was okay, housekeeping does a good job, but the F&B is not only robotically mediocre, but from a Hotel management perspective, not adequate. The dining room manager runs around, looking stressed. His pants have not been washed for days and his dirty white tennis shoes don't belong into a fine dining establishment. The waitstaff has no personality, very robotic, and the lack of uniforms (shirts only) — most not ironed are paired with individual worn out black pants/jeans. Give them crisp aprons or something to look more professional and clean. The food was good, but not exceptional. You can't understand a word the food runner says (fast mumbling, heavy accent), so we asked for the menu to read the ingredients. If you're spending over $200 minimum for dinner, you deserve excellence. This wasn't it.

Kamana isn’t just a luxury accommodation, it has the views of the Mount Remarkable and Tahuna Lakes to die for. Their restaurant, Nest is a top-tier place, high quality food for dinner and breakfast. BUT thentrue treasure of Kamana lies in the brilliance of their staff. Jamie, Lida, Rolly, Kevin, Carlos and Sweet are absolute rockstars! Thank you Kamana for our lovely stay. We are definitely coming back!

Be aware that the property is not on the lake. It is on the hill with beautiful views of the lake. It is 30 minutes walk from downtown. The restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was superb.

What a stunning place to stay!!! Absolutely incredible views of Queenstown and the Remarkables. Lovely staff who helped us secure a last minute dinner spot at the absolutely gorgeous on-site restaurant, Nest. Those have to be the best views in Queenstown. Highly recommend doing the private soaking tub at sunset. Absolutely incredible place!

Really good location and great view however, since we had a parking view room we did not have access to the beautiful lake view. There are no common areas where you can enjoy the view. In the lobby you can get a hint of the view but the restaurant is occupying the area of the widows and the view and it is very expensive. You can also enjoy the view in some hot tub for about 170$ per hour of soak. So if you want to enjoy the view of the hotel, be prepared to pay extras because just staying there is not enough. No outside area to lounge or relax. It was clean and everything else was fine but if you book this hotel for the nice view, make sure to upgrade to a room with lake view or else it’s just pointless

Perfect end to our South Island stay!
The Kamana Lakehouse was an oasis after a a 9 day road trip around the South Island for our wedding anniversary. This was by far the best accommodation! Our check in was easy and very friendly. The room was ready, warm and spacious. The bed and pillows were luxurious. Loved the Alexa functionality for controlling things in the room such as TV and wake up alarm. Extra requests were accomodated efficiently. We booked a hot soak package and enjoyed the amazing view over the lake with a glass of wine. If anything, more hanging space in the bathroom would be useful - particularly as we booked the afternoon hot soak package. Swimmers and towels did not dry quickly.

Amazing view from room, the soak, and the restaurant! There is a bus stop nearby the hotel, it was easy to get to downtown. This is definitely the best hotel in queenstown!

*Fabulous Stay*
We had a fabulous one-night stay - wishing we could have stayed longer! Warm and welcoming receptionists who were super helpful. The room was super clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the staff upgrading us to a second-floor room as were are "Gold Members". We had drinks and food in the bar area and the service was top-notch - as was the food and drinks. The only wee issue we had was could get the chrome cast to work on the TV but made do with watching our favourite TV show on our phone. We will be sure to book Kamana Lakehouse when in Queenstown again.

Property is beautiful in the dining area, great for enjoying a cocktail. Rooms are separate from the main building so felt private with easy parking. You cant take a wine bottle into the hot tub area despite the photo including wine glasses which was a bit disappointing. After the fact it looked like the roof retracts from the hot tub area, however we werent advised of this fact which would have been amazing to look at the stars! Room wasnt serviced when we got back around 2.30pm which wasn't ideal, although theyvtried coming around later.

Kamana Lakehouse was exactly the experience I expected to have. The coffee and breakfast were amazing! It was really nice to snuggle up next to the fire in the lounge and enjoy their great cocktail selection. The view was beautiful. I will say we had three rooms all varying in price and the cheapest was still just as good as the premium lake-view rooms.
