My room was filthy, and dusty. We told front desk who advised they would send cleaning crew but they did not come or it was not noticeable that they came. We were there 5 days. Cleaning came in one day. We had to call down for towels, toilet paper and extra blankets. They did promptly bring us whay we asked for. On our last day they finally switched us to a much cleaner room but it was a total inconvenience. The front desk staff was friendly. It seems crazy to me to have such a disconnect with service/cleanliness. The reason folks stay in hotels is precisely for that service. Otherwise pay less for air b &b with a whole lot more space. The restaurant staff was not friendly and seemed bothered by our wanting to purchase breakfast. It was not busy. I have stayed here before and was satisfied but this time it left alot to be desired. It did not live up to the Hilton name.

The property was great but Expedia did not notify me that the room was not available, so upon arrival I was told I had to change rooms and my suite was not available

My son recommended this hotel since it is close to the Naval base. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The hotel parking was easier in the parking garage across the street. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Not Happy
This was very disappointing for a Hilton property. Service was okay, but the accommodations were sub par. Blood on the iron, dresser drawers that didn’t close, all furniture has stains… etc etc. The iron had blood on it. I won’t be staying again.

Great stay
It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. I received everything that was promised. The check in and check out went smoothly and without any problems. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. This will be my home away from home.

Nice facility and staff
The location, room and staffbwere great. The hotel physically is business nice. The breakfast was poor and expensive. I chose the hotel partially because I thought the breakst was included.

Don’t bother, not so fun stay
Staff was very courteous especially Carlos and Mr Markus dealing with a broken coffee machine! Room cleaners could have done a better job with dirt behind and underneath bed. Bathroom also in a state of filthiness! Bed firm and sheets did smell fresh: nice bed to sleep in! Hallways on 4th floor and elevator reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke! Security needs to be at breakfast bar to supervise young kids making a mess of things at food bar! Didn’t see one parent overseeing these animal children!

The hotel was really nice, staff very friendly, but the parking was a nightmare. Large parking lot next to the Hotel but all reserved for Town Bank customers. There was a large parking garage across the street. Not very convenient.

Property has signs of of being dated. Bathrooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Air conditioning units are very loud. I wish breakfast was included. Glad parking was free. Sorry it was in a building across the street.

Rooms were dirty and smelled like mildew. We had connecting rooms and asked to change because the kids room smelled so bad and had a water spot with mold on the ceiling. The second room had condoms in the nightstand (thankfully not used). Second room also smelled like mildew. Staff was super friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

During check in, Bryce, at the front desk was quick and very helpful. Hotel was very quiet. Beds were very firm, may be ok for some but for me personally to firm. Overall Hotel was a good stay. I would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful time
The hotel is wonderfully kept. We were allowed to check in very early. The room was immaculate. Staff treated us great. They always greeted us each time we entered the lobby. We were there for a show at Sandler Center. It was an easy, short, and safe walk.

Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was lacking and staff was not properly trained. Buffet was dirty and not very well stocked. Room was not very clean. Had to run the shower for 5- 10 minutes for hot water to start.

The room itself was average. You can tell that the Furniture & room design was a bit outdated. The shower had rust stains, which I didn’t like because it was hard to tell if it was dirt or rust at first. I could not get any hot water when taking a shower and the toilet splashed extremely high when flushing. The room felt clean enough, it was just outdated. The location was great since it’s right in the town center. A lot of surrounding food options and walkable as well. It was an overall average stay and somewhere I’d only choose if staying for 1 night rather than a few days.

Decent stay
This is a big room with a King-sized bed. Firm mattress, most of the furniture in good condition, microwave, mini-fridge, plenty of outlets. The air conditioner is easy to manipulate from a wall thermostat. I saw a cotton swab on the floor of the bathroom and a hair on the tub. That made me doubt the cleanliness of the room. So I searched around for bedbugs or obvious dirt. No bugs, clean sheets, really comfy. Breakfast in the restaurant was disappointing. Against my best COVID instincts, I tried the buffet. Not great. The bacon was overcooked, the toaster didn't work, there were no knives. I decided on sausage, bacon (anyway), cooked apples, and a piece of bread (broken toaster). At least the apples were good. My husband ordered scrambled eggs with his breakfast. The only reason I knew that was available was that I overheard another person asking for an omelet. If I had known! The staff is very professional and friendly. In spite of my complaints we would come back.

Safe, but "dated"
Average hotel. Good: Staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Not so good: Room was in need of new lampshades, sheets without holes, and a deepclean of the armchair. For the price and the Hilton name, I was surprised. (Let's face it, when you're sleeping, you won't care!) Hotel is in a centralized district where there are multiple restaurants, cafés, and even a brewery within walking distance.
