Dear Guest, This whole thing is a misunderstanding, in the beginning your family came to the front desk stating that they didn't have a reservation, so naturally we asked for payment method and they gave us a debit card. It's only after we made the transaction only you told us that you had made a reservation online. We told you that we will have have the transaction voided, we asked Maybank and they explained that because it's a debit card transaction, so the process took longer time than usual to refund it back to you. We contacted Maybank the next day to inform you how the procedure works. However you wrote this review before Maybank contacted you, we hope that you understand our situation would like to ask you to remove this review.
