넓고, 여행자거리와 가까워요.
위치는 좋은데, 조용하지는 않아요. 가격대비 쏘쏘입니다. 4박 동안 청소는 한번도 안 해주었고, 수건도 우리가 빨아서 썼어요.

친구랑 지내기에 좋은 숙소 ^~^
Check In & Out시 직원을 볼수는 없었습니다. 예약 당일 예약자 이름이 적힌 키봉투를 7층에 두는 System입니다. 방 상태는 깨끗했으며 위치도 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔과 달라서 외출시 방을 청소하려면 7층에 방문하여 Make up을 요청하여 진행하였습니다. 호텔 수준의 정리를 기대하시면 안됩니다.

여행자거리 근접. 아파트라 집에서 묵는느낌. 7C2 인가 7B2 인가 2베드룸 묵었는데, 거실베란다 문고리가 헐거워서 열림. 에어컨이 작아서 시원해지는데 오래걸림.

시설 깨끗하고 주인 아주머니 친절해서 편안하게 잘 보냈습니다. 에어컨 틀면 안방 맞은 편에 설치된 실외기가 울려서 밤에 에어컨 틀고 자기가 힘들고 밖에 소음이 들린다는 점은 좀 아쉽네요

편안하게 며칠 묵기에 좋은 아파트입니다. 건물 7층만 호텔로 쓰는것 같구요, 나머지 층은 은행이나 상가가 있어요. 가격대비 크고 편안한 호텔입니다.

Good but a little smelly
Decent location, good size apartment. It smelt quite bad of cooking grease which I guess was from the last residents before me. Ended up washing the filters etc myself but it did little to fix it. It would have been a great stay if it wasn’t for that.

The location is good, right in the heart of Saigon, easy to access to all Sightseeing. Room decoration is cozy which makes me feel like staying at home. Owner and staffs are so friendly, they helped me a lot in enjoying truly Saigon from restaurant to night life. Price is affordable but Services exceed what I expected. A RECOMMENDED APARTMENT FOR YOUR STAY.

Awesome place to stay that is close to everything
I love this service apartment because it is close to the markets and the Bui walking strip. It could use a few more mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. We stayed at many places before ranging from 1 to 5 stars hotel but this serviced apartment is overall the best balance between price, convenience, comfort, and location. Its the home away from home. We liked it so much we booked again the following week.

This was the worst booking experience I've had. Near fraud. I booked a luxury 3-bdrm apt with a view, saw photos of a beautiful, lavish, well-furnished, luxurious room with a huge TV, natural sunlight, plants and a balcony. I was informed the 3-bdrm wasn't available and the booking was changed to a 1-bdrm, with 3 beds. I assumed I'd only be charged for a 1-bdrm. I was never given the option to cancel for a refund, even though room specs changed several times. At check-in, I got the key from an envelope at the front desk. Opened the door to a small 1-bdrm, with 1 bed, no outside view, and frosted windows that open into the core of the building. The room didn't match the photos or details on the site. It's more of a serviced apt, not a full-service hotel. 1+ floors of an office building, converted to apts. I contacted the hotel and booking site to express my dissatisfaction. I asked to change to a different room, hotel, or a refund. No remedies were offered. They already had my money. I was stuck there for several weeks. The hotel refused to refund the price difference between the 3-bdrm that I paid for, and the 1-bdrm they put me in. They told me that because they informed me in advance that the 3-bdrm wasn't available, and I agreed to stay in a 1-bdrm, they wouldn't refund any money. To add further injury, I had to pay for a second room at a different hotel, since there weren't enough beds. The room was noisy, not clean, no daily maid service and terribly slow WiFi.

THIS PROPERTY ALWAYS MANAGES TO KEEP ME VERY HAPPY
This was my 3rd time staying at this property. As usual, the rooms were lovely. Very well appointed and equipped. The location is absolutely brilliant. The only downside was the room didn't look directly at the city skyline. I had to hang off the balcony and look to my right to see the skyline. Also, try not to get a room overlooking Pham Ngu Lao. Directly opposite, there is a bus depot and all you can hear constantly is alarms and beeping noises. Totally did my head in. Otherwise, everything was lovely - as usual!

Totally good apartment
Reception service was quite good. Well communicated via SNS, excellent supports of room check request and requests related on security. Room was comfortable and clean enough. On Sunday room clean-up service is off, please note. There're some cases towels and toothbrush was not replaced to new one. Security box can be installed by asking to reception, that was not so heavy.

Wasn't aware that reception closed around 5pm. We arrived just after 5pm & were lucky to catch a staff member just before she left. Thankfully, they would have left the key at reception for us! Otherwise, the apartment was STUNNING! Very well appointed. Incredibly clean. Serviced daily. Brilliant location! Awesome views! Absolutely loved it & can't WAIT to go back!

Comfortable, spacious and very clean
The Phuc An apartment is on 7th floor of International Plaza along Pham Ngu Lao Street. The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable, a perfect home stay comfort. It is within 5 min walking distance to Co opMart Cong Quynh. Good for shopping of local grocery for cooking in the apartment. Bui Vien is just round the corner where you can find lots of eateries, saloon, massage.

A comfortable and central place to stay.
The apartment was very spacious clean and comfortable. The front desk on the 7th floor was not manned but our key was in an envelope with the apartment number. The apartment was cleaned everyday.
