Location was very nice close to beach and there were lots of restaurants in beautiful atmosphere around I had great time there But the property manager was rude In the website breakfast was included In the reality NO! And when I asked why she told me that booking from Expedia breakfast was not included and that everyone knows that...she answered Old buildings with poor facilities and awful attitude by the reception makes me never step there again I recommend that aria but try to avoid that hotel !!!

Thank you for your review. At the reception the wi fi is working all the time and when you are making the reservation you can see that we provide wi fi only at the reception area.

Worst service ever. The hotel did not care if you arrive late out of their business hours. If it is an emergency, you are on your own as nobody will answer the phone.

Good morning, We are very sorry that you had a negative experience in our hotel. As you said, our hotel doesn't have 24 hours reception and you can see it before you are making the reservation. As for the emergencies, we have 2 mobile phone numbers that are working 24 hours. We have also a staff member that stays inside the hotel 24 hours (outside the reception). Moreover, for the safety of our guests we have video cameras. Despite your disappointment we would hope to welcome you back to our hotel to convince you of the improvements.

Great location, photo is a bit deceiving, our room was actually set back from the front of the hotel, that being said, we had an ocean view. Friendly staff.

Отличное соотношение цена/качество
Проживание в отеле было комфортным, светонепропускающие ставни, кондиционер входящий в стоимость, очень вежливый персонал и каждодневная уборка. Жили в номере который в отдельном здании (на фото) без вида на море, но с балконом. Номер очень чистый. По поводу того, что можно улучшить - можно разве что положить в номера таблички "не беспокоить" , что бы уборщица не будила стуком. А в целом всё очень понравилось. Спасибо.

Typisch griechisches Hotel mit Blick auf das Meer
Basic Hotel ohne großen Komfort aber sauber, tägliche Reinigung, Handtücher alle drei Tage, Terrasse. Das was der Griechenland Urlauber sucht, keine all inclusive Anlage sondern eine Möglichkeit zum Übernachten um die wunderbare Insel zu erkunden. Hinterland von Benitses ist traumhaft. Dorfstrand ist typisch griechisch. Gerne immer wieder.

Totally unacceptable
I was moved 4 times on the sunbeds belonging to the hotel and placed on a sunbed which I had turned down on the first morning again on the second day. The free toiletries consisted of a 35ml shower gel and diluted liquid soap. The charge for a kettle was €1 per day which after complaining was refunded. The place was clean but the sheets and towels were changed once. This was not every 3 days as on the website. With the exception of the cleaner the staff were rude, unhelpful and discourteous. Unless you are prepared to be discriminated against as a solo traveller and treated as second class do not use this hotel.

So for any issue about sunbeds you should talk directly with Riviera Beach Bar owner. We are sorry that you felt that the reception was rude, unhelpful and discourteous, as we always try the best for our guests and if you would tell to the reception any issue that you have during your stay, we would try to sort it out. Unfortunately, you told us only about the kettle, that you were not informed about an extra cost, which we have refunded you eventually. However, we still hope that nothing has spoiled your holiday and you will come again to this beautiful island.

Hotel is across the busy coastal road from own shell/sand beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Terrace bar and dining room on ground floor. Good location shops and restaurants nearby. Bus to Corfu Town and Kavos very close.

Perfetto per chi non ha troppe pretese
Stanza pulita e confortevole, dotata di bagno in camera, aria condizionata, wi-fi, frigorifero, e comodo balconcino in cui poter stendere gli asciugamani dopo una giornata di mare. Per il costo pagato, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Personale cordiale. Ottimo per chi, come noi, non ha troppe pretese. Ottima posizione. Fuori dal traffico di Kerkyra town, ma non distante da essa; il parcheggio non è mai stato un problema. La zona in cui si trova l'hotel è ricca di ristoranti e negozietti, molto vicino si trova anche un pub; un'ampia spiaggia con tutti i servizi si trova proprio di fronte. La nostra esperienza al Riviera Beach è stata decisamente positiva.

The staff were all frendly,the room I had was clean and did what it needed ,lots and lots of restaurants but the resort only had 4 bars!

Sweet small hotel right across from the pebble beach, with all basic amenities. Conveniently attached to a restaurant that operates limited hours of the day. Clean rooms, A/C, TV. The internet did not work at all in our room and several others. So most of us were out hunting for signal in the hallway or the reception area since it worked better there. Keep in mind the Reception closes at 9pm. Call if you're not sure you'll make it before that time and sweet receptionist Marina tries her best to accommodate. My kid especially appreciated her kindness. Overall nice staff and pleasant experience. Sunbeds outside of beach are available for a small fee (in the form of a drink.)

Thank you very much for your kind review. Unfortunately, it is difficult to have a good signal of Wi-Fi on our island. That's why we have noted everywhere that the wi-fi we have only at the reception area. However, we will try our best to get the better signal in all our areas.

Lovely friendly hotel with beautiful view
Very welcoming staff. Looked after us very well. Food was really good and great value. Room had a beautiful view and spacious balcony. Very clean. Great location for the beach and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back. Couldn’t fault it.

My stay here was good. The room itself is basic and does its job. Walls are thin, so you can hear everyone else wandering or talking etc in the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful and arranged taxis for me to and from the airport. There’s also a nice beachfront just across the road so it’s a convenient location if you plan to lounge on the beach - just remember to spend a minimum of €3 in drinks at the cafe to use the sunbeds. This hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and the city bus stop.

You get what you paid
Das Rivera Beach Hotel ist ein älteres Hotel direkt an der Durchgangsstraße gegenüber dem Strand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und beschrānkt sich auf das notwendigste. Das Doppelzimmer mit Seaview verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen Stuhl, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und einen winzigen TV der in der Ecke an die Wand gequetscht ist. Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit 2 Plastikstühlen und einem Tisch. Er geht direkt zum Meer mit einem freien Blick über den Strand. Unten läuft die Durchgangsstraße vorbei. Das Bad ist sehr einfach, mit Dusche und Duschvorgang. Die Sauberkeit ist ok. Das Komplette Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unten ist eine Bar an der man auch kleinere Snacks kaufen kann. Die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand sind frei, soweit man mindestens ein Getränk kauft. Meiner Ansicht nach ein fairer Deal, der am Kompleten Strandabschnitt angeboten wird. Der Strand ist kiesig, das Meer sauber. Das Hotel liegt 200 Meter außerhalb des Stadtkerns. Der Weg dahin ist gesäumt von Bars, Tavernen, Geschäften. Alles in allem ein kleiner Ort, der schon mal besssere Tage gesehen hat, in dem man aber durchaus seinen Urlaub verbringen kann. Die Bushaltestelle nach Korfu Stadt liegt 100 Meter entfernt. Der Bus kostet 1,70 und fährt regelmäßig bis in den Abend. Fazit: Ein Hotel ohne jeglichen Luxus, das aber das notwendigste biete um zu schlafen und zu duschen. Es ist relativ sauber, so dass man keine Angst hat sich irgendwas einzufangen. Nettes Personal

Relaxing week away
We wanted a quiet week away and this is exactly we we had. A lovely little hotel in the heart of Benitses which is family run and they were a pleasure to stay with. Basic rooms but that is why the price is as it is. Both Maria and Marina were very helpful and pleasnat throughout. The cleaning staff were also excellent. Under the rooms there is a bar open 8 till eight serving goos quality food and drinks. Vasa runs this very well and all the staff are a credit to her. As long as you spend 3 euros a day you have free sunbeds and parasol on the beach across the road. Phillipe was also excellent serving on the beach and controlling the beds and cleaning. We are already looking to go back next year to the same hotel for another wonderfully relaxing week away with wonderful hosts. Please try Zorbas restaurant as the foos is wonderful

BEACH hotel with a nice atmosphere
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is indeed a beach hotel, and the beach was very nice (not the white-sand-beach, but with small rocks and sunbeds to lie on). The hosts were very nice - as was the staff at the bar and restaurant located at the hotel (Try their greek salad!). It was easy to get to from Corfu city by bus - but if you wanna go explore all the time, maybe you shouldn't go to Benitses. But if you just want to relax and the beach, this is perfect and not to turisty (and not a party-city!)

Good, but it could have been better !!
For a 1 star hotel , it was OK. .. friendly staff, very clean. However, I was a bit surprised to hear that that shower gel was not provided every day, but only once. I stayed over 7 days, so, of course , I expected to receive a small bottle of shower gel per day.. It didn't make sense at all, they gave me two more after pointing out this, but not seven as supposed.. at the end of day, these little things count.

la vista dalla camera e ottima ma la vicinanza della strada molto trafficata anche di notte impedisce un riposo tranquillo passano in continuazione macchine moto autobus e pur non essendo vicino all'aeroporto si sentono e si vedono aerei che atterrano o partono la spiaggia davanti all'hotel non è molto grande.la camera aveva il muro che confinava col bagno che si staccava la vernice per l'umidita della doccia.la doccia piccola con tenda di plastica lo scarico a pavimento in mezzo al bagno emanava puzza il materasso duro si sentivano le molle.il personale non parla italiano a mio parere questo hotel andrebbe ristrutturato

Very relaxed hotel, loads of places to eat lovely beach - if your not used to a little traffic noise book the garden view at the rear which is also lovely view of the mountains but I would book the sea view again.

Το ξενοδοχειο δεν εχει παρκινγκ, υπαρχει ενα δημοσιο το οποιο ειναι 250 μετρα μακρυα αλλα αν εχεις πραγματα να κουβαλησεις η παιδι, ειναι εντελως αβολο. Επισης το πεζοδρομιο εξω απο το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ μικρο και πολυ επικινδυνο για μικρα παιδια μιας και περνανε διαρκως αυτοκινητα με ταχυτητα. Δεν θα το προτεινα σε οικογενειες με παιδια. Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι παλιο, με παλια κουφωματα και παλια τουαλετα. Σιγουρα χρειαζεται επισκευες και σιγουρα δεν αξιζε τα λεφτα που δωσαμε!

worth the money
The hotel is a budget facility, very close to the sea and busy tourist area with restaurants, shops, etc. The offer is adequate to the price. The staff is very helpful, nice and speaking good English.
