Dear JamesWe are very sorry you felt so bad here and were not able to enjoy your stay. It is true that we do not have air conditioning and that is for sure something we have to think about in the future. But we have fans in all rooms and you can always ask for an additional fan. Our beds are all new (bought in 2022.). It is difficult to find a bed that is comfortable to everyone. We are sorry that you think we are awful. We know that we screwed up because you wanted to stay in the room until 2pm and we did not tell the cleaning stuff, so they were cleaning your room when you got back to take a shower. We did apologize and we meant it. We are sorry, this has not been enough for you. We send you nevertheless our very best wishes.

Es hat alles im Zimmer was man braucht, ausser Platz!Gönnen Sie sich das nächste Mal einfach ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbelegung. Da hat es ein wenig mehr Platz und wenn Sie sich noch mehr Luxus leisten möchten empfehlen wir Ihnen ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe oder noch eine höhere Kategorie. Sie werden den Platz und die Badezimmer lieben!Gerne auf bald und unterdessen nur die besten Wünsche unsererseits.
