The hotel was clean but the staff were uninviting, pushy, and didn’t offer any guidance or help when our vehicle was broken into while staying.
They have no surveillance cameras outside on their property which, being a hotel in an area with frequent issues with theft and vandalism, you’d think would be a priority for the safety of their guests.
When I asked about finding any potential footage, they were very short and said they had nothing and wouldn’t talk about it further. We waited in the lobby for more than 3 hours and weren’t spoken to once.
The pushiness came from the people who were working the breakfast shift. I was pulling my son’s waffle off the maker and the woman can over and closed the waffle maker and flipped it back over telling me I had to wait for the timer to be done. The man who was working was harassing my daughter about her waffle timer going off when it wasn’t hers. Badgering her to come get it off the maker. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. We stay at Marriott’s often while traveling and have NEVER been treated the way we were here.
